DoNOT BUY! It will damage your skin and you will not get a full refund, but you might get a hospital bill. Seriously, this device nearly pulled my skin off. Even when I turned it off, it did not release. They recommend using on leg, belly, back, and neck. You are at risk for true damage, possibly even internal depending where you use it on your body. SO, SO PAINFUL. Something was truly wrong. I explained all this to the company and received only a partial refund with no option to return for full refund.

This company is a scam...stay away

This company is a scam...stay away. The kept promising that my product was 'on it's way' and sent a tracker saying it was at a warehouse about 10 miles away. After about 5 days of this I said I wanted a refund , then magically they said it was delivered. It was not. Looked up their delivery company, also a scam.

extremely dissapointed…

I was not happy and not assisted at all, this company is a SCAM, I did not receive my parcel but the money was taken . Buffalo indicted that the parcel was delivered i tried to reach out that it was not received Ascily indicated that they will assist nothing has happened.

Dodgy scam zero for this review!

I’m not one to usually purchase such products but I thought to give it a go. Read the terribly written instructions but followed nonetheless. This device is an absolute scam. Even on the lowest suction level it is incredibly painful (and I have a high pain tolerance) so to read Ascilys response to other peoples feedback is simply gaslighting. Ascily know what they are doing, this product doesn’t work. Like other peoples reviews, I’ve had the same experience. Bruising — I would add photos but doesn’t seem you can do that here.

When I emailed them, this was their response:

Naturally I challenged this as it wasn’t acceptable. To say things like ‘many of our customers’ which denotes they experience this frequently, offering straight up a % of a refund as their strategy to keep most of the money from a product that doesn’t work and harms people, or send it back and run the risk of it getting lost, going to a potential fake address, and then waiting even longer for a refund. I asked for more of a refund because they lack transparency in their refund policy to allow for people to make informed decisions, and the fact that it’s a product that doesn’t work. Despite emails back and forth, with photos, with mentions of a faulty product, their final answer was that they would provide a partial refund. Done. No further consequences. Just a strategy to make money, with no accountability for faulty products, then gaslight their paying customers. Save yourself the money and brushing. Total scam. These guys should be shut down.

Do not purchase from Ascily scam company

Would actually give this company 0 for their customer services. Do not purchase anything from this company. Their returns policy is a total lie, if you get your item and want to return it unused as I did, they will give you a return address , I sent the item back to

Excruciating pain and severe bruising

I received this product a couple of weeks ago and used it only twice during the first week on the lowest setting. It left my legs, butt, and stomach covered in severe bruises. It was a very alarming experience — the suction is extremely strong, even at the lowest level, and it literally pulls your skin into the device, causing intense pain and significant bruising. I won’t be using it again.

To make things worse, when I tried to request a return under the 30-day money-back guarantee, I was told that because it’s an international product, I should just keep it — and they’d only offer a 25% refund. That’s extremely disappointing and doesn’t feel fair at all, as you're left with no real choice: either accept the partial refund or pay expensive return shipping costs, which just isn’t worth it.

Do not buy this product!!’ I followed…

Do not buy this product!!’ I followed the instructions, lowest setting, lots of oil. I was majorly bruised and it actually ripped my skin open. When I wrote the company they wanted me to create a video to show them how this happened… even though I sent pictures of everything. I’ll eat the $90 I’m out but warn you DO NOT BUY!!

Don’t waste your money on this piece of…

Don’t waste your money on this piece of plastic. It caused a lot of bruising. Stopped working altogether. And they would not exchange it. Yes, I had it over to 30 days but a good company, a reputable company would have done the right thing for the customer and exchanged it. Don’t waste your money. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought this product. Shame on me.

Painful bruises and difficult to operate

I received this product just one week ago. I have used it twice. I am not sure if I will try it again because my thighs are covered in bruises. On one hand, I want to give it a shot because I'm desperate to do something about this cellulite. On the other hand, all these poor reviews make me think I'll have nothing but further injury in my future if I do.
I was not happy with the instructions that came in the box. Too tiny, hard to read, and they did not stress the amount of oil you need to use to make this thing glide on your skin better.
The "ginger oil" provided is mostly mineral oil, with either sunflower or safflower oil mixed in (I can't remember). There is no perceptible ginger aroma - obvious poor quality. I used my own jojoba and pure essential oils instead.
The product claims to have different settings, but I felt the suction was extreme on ALL settings. It has a major vacuum force that is painful every second it's against your skin. It is bearable if you hit the suction release button every other second to relieve the pressure.
To reiterate... Setting 1 has the same force as the higher settings. There is no working option for a lighter pressure.
It is now 2 days later from my last use, and I still feel burning in my thighs. :(
Really would like to return this thing but I can see from the reviews it's not worth the trouble.
Will be picking up some Arnica gel today to help deal with these terrible bruises. :(
Bad purchase overall and I'm sorry I got SUCKED into a late night FB advertisement!

When it arrives, it comes with very little instruction for use, so I had to google search videos on how to use it.
It does not work. I was conned into buying it, with its 30 day easy returns policy…..do not waste your time. Honestly, I would never normally put a bad review up, but this product doesn’t work, and I found myself spending money, in desperation to get rid of cellulite and it did nothing….apart from really hurt!
When I tried returning it after 21 days, they ask you to email in for a return. Conveniently, they didn’t respond. I chased again, on day 28 after receiving the item, and I got a response in the early hours of what would have been day 31 to say they can only process a refund if it is returned within the 30 days, but you are unable to do it as they don’t respond. There is no return address and the refund process is clear that you have to enquire first, for a refund.
Their service in response, was terrible.
This product is not worth any money, please do not waste your effort trying it.

Very painful and leaves bruises

The device is very painful. Goes straight to the highest speed, would suck your skin and it's impossible to take it out without a bruise. Quite scarry actually... I reached out to them and they offered a 25% refund and to keep the device.. I asked about a return and the costs and they said they are based in the USA and it would be costly so they just issued the 25% refund without giving me a price or the option to return... I'm not happy with it.. I got stuck with a device that I can't use and just lost £40. It's weird as they say they are from Netherlands to people in the USA and will say they are from the USA to people in Europe.. I definitely do not recommend.

Update as a reply to their reply - no, I was never offered the option of a return. I wish I could attach a print screen of the email here.. your customer adviser said it would be expensive and that you've already issued the 25% discount. So I was just shot off! No price for return, nothing like that. So, no, you don't take customer service seriously and you are not a genuine seller!
