Bought a shirt and it didn't arrive on time, so I send an email. Within 1 day I got a reply, providing tracking information on where my package was and an extra shirt with express transportation so it could make the birthday I bought the shirt for! The package arrived after 2 more days and was of great quality. In my opinion, this business is very promising, the owner provides great communication and is a woman of her word😉

The site is a complete scam you can find this easily all over the web and even on Chat GPT. It’s part of a network of scam online stories that use the same warehouses to hide the sellers identities allowing them to commit various forms of fraud. Rampant overcharging and misrepresenting items which often aren’t delivered. I paid for express shipping and they ignored it intentionally and pocketed the money and of course don’t reply and don’t answer their phone.

Wonderful communication from seller! I was very happy with how they worked with me to ensure a perfect product. I will definitely be returning as a customer. Thank you again for the excellent service.

Ashley was very helpful. My order was sent in the wrong size. The error was promptly corrected and ash was gracious to allow me to keep the original shipment as a gift for a fellow Swifty.

I would give customer service a 10 out of 5 if possible. It took about 2 weeks to receive the initial shirt. However, the shirt was the wrong color. I notified customer support and received a reply within the same day. Ashley was so responsive to my emails once she was made aware of my issue; it felt as if I were chatting with her in real time! She was able to quickly arrange the shipment of the replacement shirt and even took the time to modify the sizing of the embroidery to my liking! I received the new shirt just 2 days after having contacted customer support which far exceeded my expectations. My only suggestion for the shirt would be to place an embroidery cover backing so that the stitching would be a little less rough on the skin.

After a lot of Google searching, I found Ashbubble to be the only site offering the t-shirt design I wanted embroidered, not screen-printed. It arrived today, and is impressive. The shirt is a Gildan Heavy, which means it should last a long time; size is perfect.
Ashley was very helpful; we have been in email contact since I ordered it, and everything has gone very smoothly. I understand the reason behind the bad reviews, but it is not a very focused and successful environment
