No customer interaction. Used ipad to register i was there, then continued on ipad filling out the forms. White board on wall told you if your dentist was up or downstairs. Waited 15 mins to be seen after my initial appointment time. Conversation minimal. After appointment went to desk to make another one, waited at least 5 mins before being acknowledged. 4 people at reception and I have to use an ipad

I can't believe I've been to the dentist today and only felt mildly anxious.
Muhammed is the nicest dentist I've ever seen. He's put me at ease and made me feel less anxious which I never thought possible.
I would highly recommend Oradent they are all so nice and friendly.

I deeply regret ever changing my dentist to Oradent at City Way.

The treatment started with a quotation of around £14,000, but the cost continually increased throughout the process, eventually reaching almost £20,000. It felt as though additional charges were added at every stage, leaving me with a bill that was thousands of pounds higher than I had originally agreed to.

At every single appointment I paid the balance I was asked to pay. Then, over a year after my treatment had finished, I was contacted out of the blue and told I owed a further £124. I immediately queried this, explaining that I had always settled every balance requested and asking for an explanation of what the charge related to. I received no meaningful response. Instead, the next correspondence came from a debt collection agency.

After spending nearly £20,000 with this practice, pursuing a disputed £124 without even providing an explanation says everything about how they treat their patients. It feels entirely mercenary and focused on extracting as much money as possible, rather than providing good customer care.

The clinical treatment may have been acceptable, but the constant price increases, poor communication and aggressive approach to billing have completely overshadowed any positives. I would never use Oradent again and certainly would not recommend them to anyone considering expensive dental treatment.

I was amazed after my treatment. I had 3 fillings and an extraction and there was only a few seconds of pain becuse of sore gums when the root of the tooth was extracted. What a relief! It's like a lot of pressure has been released on my gums. The fillings are great now, no injections, done with some sort of light. I didn't even realise she had finished when she said sit up. This was yesterday and today my mouth feels great. What a lovely Dentist. They give you lots of reminders for appointments and are very friendly. I've been there years and they've always been fab.

This practice is a joke and I advise all to avoid Oradent.

Despite being a registered patient I receive a parking fine for using a poorly maintained car in a registered car.

Customer service is both pathetic and useless and they do nothing to fix this fine....

From calling the practice for the first time and speaking with the lovely Darcie to visiting and meeting my Dentist, i can only describe the service as phenomenal.
As a vey nervous patient i was treated with empathy and the team had a full understanding of how i felt. i left the practice confident to be returning the following week

6months on from my last review, I can Honestly say that the service is still excellent. Very friendly and professional, put me at ease. And I can honestly say this is the only place I can actually say I have.. Enjoyed going to the dentist! ?!

It was only a check up this time, but, I always receive a friendly welcome, and treated with care. I have attended this practice since I was 2 years old, I’m now 71

Ben has been so helpful nothing too much trouble hopefully all sorted with my denture now but even if something isn’t right he said I can go back and he will help just brilliant

I rang this morning for an emergency appointment and was treated with care and courtesy by reception staff ,I was fitted in to see the amazing Tayo and Edith his nurse and he was kind and gentle -as always ,understanding that I'm basically a wuss when it comes to the dentist and my fear is probably FAR GREATER than the problem I may have..The reception staff are friendly and helpful and kind even though under pressure and I have to be honest I've never had anything but great care from reception staff to dentist .Tayo has really helped me manage my fear by his gentleness and kindness .I'm just an NHS patient not private but he treats me respectfully

Everyone was polite and the service and atmosphere was good. It was my first visit to this establishment and I felt very at ease.

Oradent in Ashford Kent really look after you,and the service provided is very good and friendly.

Would not rate this dentist for nhs patients always cancelling appointments. High turnover of staff

I have been to a few dentists but this one is brilliant
I saw Ben and has made me believe in dentists again he is a very nice guy and speaks truths

I had a tooth crack in half on the Monday evening, got an appointment Tuesday afternoon, sorted it there and then with a follow up inspection on the Friday .....excellent service highly recommended.
