Wow what can I say! I’ve been on many retreats but nothing has blown my mind like Ashley’s Anger Alchemy retreat.

There is so much I could write when reflecting on each session, especially the Alchemy Day - crikey what a phenomenal ride!, however I feel reviewing my overall experience maybe more beneficial.

Ashley is a powerful guide, teacher, coach, facilitator and as I see her, a medicine woman - someone who can ignite, hold the necessary strong container of transformation for woman while also bringing together a potent, deeply supportive team (also medicine women in my eyes).

I felt supported and held from day one, for someone who in the past equated deep vulnerability with feeling unsafe, this is huge accolade.

I felt and transmuted every emotion deeply, ones I didn’t even knew existed within me.

Even during the emotional releases I felt safe and found myself easily letting go and alchemising what was repressed.

A few days on from the retreat I feel vital, free, liberated, empowered and stronger when it comes to boundary setting.

I am excited for what the future holds for what feels like a new version of myself.

I would highly recommend Ashley’s work, especially the retreats - I can’t wait for the next one!

Anger Alchemy retreat - these 6 days were perfect transformative experience. It allowed me to release deep-seated emotions and connect with ancestral lineage. I feel I reclaimed my voice, left self-sabotage and channeled anger into empowerment. Each practice got me closer to knowing myself better, clearing pain and stored energy in my body. This retreat has given me big realisations and tools to stand in my own power and embrace any emotion that is coming through.

I took part in the Anger Retreat on Mallorca. First of all: it was a 10/10 retreat. I loved every bit of it! I am amazed at what Ashley and her team put together. The different courses, the energy, attention and mindfulness of the whole team was second to none. If you are looking to learn more about your anger, access your emotions in a safe space or just want a place to release all the stuck energy in your body, this is the place. And apart from that, it is simply an unforgettable and wonderful experience to spend these days together with so many wonderful women. I am more than grateful to have had this experience. Ashley has been a very crucial mentor and space holder in my life - as an activist and a somatic coach the concept of anger is really not new to me but Ashley’s in depth knowledge, expertise and approach has helped me access parts of myself and my emotions that I truly never thought I even had and it has opened me up to the depth of my joy, pleasure and using my rage as an agent of change through deep unshaming and integration. I apply what I’ve learned from Ashley to my own sessions and it has helped me guide clients in processes that I never believed I could. Ashley is very embodied in her work and I believe that’s what makes her a very magnetic mentor. She has a pretty great bullshit radar and she is not afraid to use it and to mirror back to you what she sees and to me that takes some gut and it is what moves the needle in the healing process as she has made me get radically honest with myself and start to truly see my projections, shadows and where I am being unauthentic- she has made me come home to myself through her guidance times and times again. I am forever grateful for her guidance.

Ashley brings a unique and refreshing perspective to the table that I consider immensely valuable in this day and age. Bolstered by a healthy blend of various influences and personal experience, she approaches her work with both grounded knowledge and honed intuition. As someone still "walking the walk" herself, she easily empathizes with the needs of her clients and fosters trust through open and vulnerable conversation. Highly recommended for people looking for someone capable of holding space for challenging emotions; anger might be her specialty, but she is just as equipped to help process everything that's hiding underneath.

Having Ashley do her Anger Workshop for the Neo Emotional Release Retreat in Bali was a treat to be hold. Her explanation on how the Emotion of anger influences the body and mind, it's relationship with Sadness and Sexuality was mind blowing.
It was crazy to witness how safe, confident and strong I felt after I started to Embody Anger. Now I can express my anger in a safe and genuine manner.
