I have done my 200hrs yoga TTP from Ashmayu. This place added more values and knowledge to my yogic journey. Their value based approach to teaching makes them as on the best Yoga centers in Bangalore. All the classes are taught by professionals who gives individual attention to each participant. The trainers ensure the correctness of each poses and explain it effortlessly. I would recommend Ashmayu to anyone and everyone.

I have been learning and practicing yoga at Ashmayu from quite sometime now. It has been a great place for yoga, meditation, knowledge sharing on healthy eating habits and what not. In simple words this headed me towards a healthy living. Teachers are amazing here, special thanks to Sireesha, Naveen and Avinash who inspire and motivate you with their own experiences and yoga journey.
I am missing my classes at Ashmayu due to covid but never the less enjoying yoga practice with Naveen's online sessions!

Ashmayu, a beautiful ambience for yoga practitioners.... this was my first impression while I stepped inside the class. Gradually I was mesmerized with the way Ashmayu team conducted classes and helped the yoga practitioners to excel in what they do... it was just an amazing experience. I even did my TTC but my intention was entirely to understand yoga in depth and trust me Ashmayu changed my perspective towards yoga through this course. I am very thankful for all the teachers at Ashmayu and my bestie who suggested me to join here.

I started my yoga journey with Ashmayu Yoga a few years back. Initially I was part of the group classes as a practitioner and then decided to do my 200 hour yoga teacher training course from here itself. It was a great experience learning from many experienced teachers, improving my practice and building teaching skills at the same time. Soon after doing the TTC I got an opportunity to teach yoga at Ashmayu Yoga. It was like a dream come true moving from being a student to becoming a teacher in yoga. Thanks to Ashmayu and all the teachers who have guided me and helped me grow in my yoga journey.

Good ambience and great place for different styles of yoga practice. I did my ttc here in 2018, I decided to do ttc here just after one visit and enquiry because of the ambience and the professionalism. Have attended many workshops conducted here, great place to learn. Would personally like to thank Naveen and Sireesha for also giving me the opportunity to be a part of ashmayu team as one of the faculty at the studio. I have learnt many things from them in this journey.

I did my TTC from Ashmayu and it was one of the best experiences of my life, from teachers to institute to my colleagues, everything was awesome.

And now I finally get to work with them, quite happy and would definitely Ashmayu to people looking forward to start their yoga journey in terms of career or just as a practice.

First of all I bow a big gratitude to all the team of Ashmayu yoga. I have been the part of Ashmayu yoga institute as a YTTC trainee. These few moments with ashmayu yoga were the precious time for me. Everytime I come out of the yoga studio with a new positive vibe. NAVEEN and SIREESHA the founders of Ashmayu yoga were really been inspirational to me. The yoga studio is very well organised to practice with ease as well as to learn with confident. Great yoga center. Very nice people all instructors are too good. Ashmayu has very good ambience and I would love to be in everyday for my yoga sessions. They take good care of us. Ashmayu is definitely the best place in Bangalore for yoga practice, yoga teacher training and also being yoga teacher at the studio. One of the best environments to be in. I have been practicing yoga at ashmayu since 2018. From the very first trial class i knew this is the space i want to be in everyday. My yoga journey from practicing to teacher training to being a part of faculty has been a smooth one. Never had a single complaint about anything or anyone. Every detail in comfort is taken care of. Ashmayu's wide profile makes it a one stop place for all knowledge one needs to have about yoga. Holistic growth in yoga and life shall be seen.

Ashmayu..the journey of my yogic life.. The person iam today as a yoga teacher was very much different, a 2years ago when I entered ashmayu to do my ttc. The confidence is one of the main syllabus Naveen fills into us.The standard they have set is passing in all my classes I teach today. When it comes to asana practice my heartful thanks goes to Avinash, his style of teaching is what reflecting in my classes.
