From start to finish, really professional service. Lee managed to book a survey in super quickly, I explained my concerns about the property and Lee understood I was a nervous buyer. Although my second purchase, this is my first house and I really appreciated the level of detail in the report. Everything is super clear and really thorough, lots of good pictures which is really handy anyway as a buyer but also for context of the report. Would not hesitate to use Lee again, really reasonable price, nice company to deal with and nothing is too much trouble.

After lots of careful consideration we asked Lee from Ashton Lee Surveyors to carry out a homebuyers survey and we're so glad that we did.
We were blown away by the thoroughness and level of detail. The report covered the obvious things that you would expect from a homebuyer survey but also small things that wouldn't necessarily impact our decision to purchase but has created a lovely little snagging list of things to do when we move in.
The aftercare provided by Lee is first class. He makes himself available to answer any questions you have from the report, explaining them in layman's terms so that you don't feel blinded by terminology. He has helped us ask the right questions and offered advice/guidance on the responses received via our conveyancer.
