I purchased one at the beginning of summer in 2025 and it’s still working well! I ordered a second one! I’m 5’11” 250lb and it pulls me around in all speeds. Great product!

Fast delivery and excellent service. The electric kickboard is amazing - easy to use, easy to change speeds, and great fun for both kids and adults. Our family loves it.

Ho utilizzato il Manta 1 e sono stato sorpreso dalle sue caratteristiche ho deciso quindi di prendere anche il Manta 2.
Sono dei gadget veramente divertenti ideali per chi piace fare snorkeling . Le prestazioni sono in linea con il prezzo pagato, le finiture (viti, plastiche ecc) sono ok non c’è nessun segno di ruggine o segni di ossidazione .

Staff were generally helpful regarding product purchase and we really liked the product itself, although extra and needed batteries seem overpriced.

We used our product very little, followed all instructions regarding use, charging and storage. The product seems fragile and not cut out for real life use without breaking. We had multiple issues with multiple units.

It was used for around two months off and on. One day we put it to charge like normal and after use the battery/ scooter had black gunk all over the connectors and device no longer worked. We even changed batteries and still wouldn’t work. This was a very expensive double battery a single and the scooter. All down the drain with no idea which was the issue or what happened.

This was clearly a manufacturer defect issue and yet they refused to take responsibility and check it out and get it repaired. They offered me an 30% discount on a new battery. After much back and forth, wasting time, they finally said it was defective and offered to send me a new scooter with a small battery, but even though the defective unit destroyed the expensive double battery I was out of luck.

The warranty only covers battery and motherboard for 6 months, this is not enough.

Our original batteries and the scooter would get water inside of them. After use you could hear it sloshing around and would have to shake it to get out as there were small gaps in the seams. Their waterproofing is not good. The brand new unit we received took in water the very first day but of course being a replacement has no warranty.

They need to make this more durable and have better customer experience as otherwise would be a great product. I would buy another brand for now as you will be wasting money given the amount of time the product lasts.

Not happy

Our family absolutely loves our ASIWO underwater scooter. It has completely changed the way our kids enjoy the pool and lake. It’s easy to use, surprisingly powerful, and has given the kids a fun way to build confidence in the water while keeping them active and engaged.

What impressed us most is how often it gets used. Every time we head to the pool, lake, or beach, the kids ask to bring it along. The battery life has been great, the build quality feels solid, and it has held up well through plenty of family adventures.

If you’re looking for a unique way to make time in the water more exciting for your kids, we highly recommend ASIWO. It’s been a huge hit with our family and one of the most fun water products we’ve tried. The Clark Family todolist List approves!

My grandkids are really enjoying their water scooters. We had a problem with the fan cover coming off but their customer service was great and sent a replacement part quickly.

Have 2 Mantas now. They are great fun. Small misunderstanding was quickly and efficiently fixed by customer service to full satisfaction.

Smaller items can arrive sooner completely missed the event I wanted for.

Sito truffaldino, vi vendono prodotti cinesi che si rompono dopo poco tempo, non vi riconoscono alcuna garanzia, e se volete i ricambi vi chiedono prezzi assurdi.
Nel mio caso dopo 9 mesi lo scooter subacqueo si è rotto, non hanno voluto riconoscere la garanzia e per il solo caricabatteria mi hanno chiesto €80 più spedizione.
