Inability to cancel subscription and
This is a scam site, I have zero recollection of signing up for a yearly subscription in 2025 and have no way of cancelling after being billed for £99 today! Email support is a joke - quoting their terms of use but not answering the questions about cancelling, I will be disputing this transaction with my bank. Avoid at all costs.

Stay away from this company as it is not worth paying for their service
2 issues -
1 - the company double charged me - 2 transaction amounts left my account
2 - i wanted a one off trail only but according to my credit card company they set up a regular subscription account for me
My credit card company cancelled the second purchase and I was able to go on line to AskGPT and cancel the subscription
Update - one month later - the subscription was cancelled last month but I just got charged again. It seems very difficlt to cancel the subscription and the company keeps ignoring my request to cancel.

ASKGPT IS NOT CHATGPT!!! BUT I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
If you want a good AI I'm sure askgpt is very good. However I made the mistake as a casual chatgpt AI user to sign up to askgpt instead. Their customer service support refunded me straight away and I am greatful. Therefore I can recommend askgpt because they obviously have excellent CS too.

This is a review of the website and it's hidden extra charges.
Firstly it is impersonating ChatGPT which everyone is using and talking about.
Surely to copy a logo, type face and name is breaking the law?
I signed up at £14:99 for a month but without realising had 2 x further payments of £14:99 taken from my account.
I only realised when I saw receipts being emailed to me.
This is a scam and I'd strongly advise to stay well clear!

Very misleading product and hard to get refund
I thought i was signing up with chatgpt as Iwas clicking though I signed for services I did no want want as there was simply a scroll to accept totalling nearly & 120 dollars . I contacted askgpt immediately and have asked for a refund and my bank recommended to cancel my credit card - am waiting for my refund but based on comments I am not holding my breath!

There is no way to unsubscribe – very disappointing
There is no way to unsubscribe, even after following the company’s own instructions. The “Cancel subscription” button simply does not appear. I contacted support and explicitly asked them to unsubscribe me on their end, but they refused to do so.
Because I couldn’t cancel, my subscription renewed even though I haven’t used the service for a long time. Support keeps labeling this as a “change of mind” or “accidental purchase,” which is not true — this is a technical/interface issue that prevented cancellation. I even provided screenshots as proof.
I am truly disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer support. I will be reporting this matter to consumer protection authorities so others are aware.
Highly NOT recommended.
