I spent a long time trying to find the ideal office within my budget and location but it proved to be very difficult as every office I came across had a major compromising factor. Finally, Officio managed to find me the perfect office space that ticked all my boxes and I don't think I would have been able to find this office without them. Great service and highly recommended!

We were looking to downsize our office in central London and used Officio to help with the search for a new home. Alex understood the brief from the get-go and within 24 hours we had a full itininerary of viewings sent to our inbox. Even when there was a change of budget nothing was too much hassle for them. Jasmine chaperoned us to each location and helped massivley with our decision making. Very professional and efficient company and would highly recommend.

Gerard at Officio was super helpful. He called and understood my brief, and provided really suitable options within the hour. He didn't try to sell me something that was way out of budget, in fact he delivered places that were under budget.
I did a virtual viewing the next day and took it straight away. So within 24 hours we had a solution! Great follow up too from Gerard, he made everything super simple. Would definitely work with Gerard and Officio again! :)

I've been working with Georgia from Officio over the past week to find an office space for my creative businesses. The whole process was easy and, I didn't think everything would be sorted out as quickly as it was. Georgia took my requests and gave me a good range of spaces to see. Everyone across my 2-days of viewings (which were organised well), was informative, kind and happy to answer the 1-million questions I had.

Although I visited a few offices, I ended up taking the first office I saw on day 1.

Georgia has been a little legend and, a great point of contact. She's been friendly, answered all of my questions (or found people to answer ones she couldn't), checked in with progress and offered a mountain of help along the way.

I'm extremely glad I had the help of Officio. Trying to find spaces and book viewings myself was a nightmare. I can't recommend them enough 🙌🏻

Officio are indispensably helpful if you need office space in a hurry and/or for an unusual length of time. They (in our case Andrea) will find you something and make the process fast and easy. A godsend where WeWork and Regus were unable to move quickly or be flexible on lease dates.

They provided great on budget options and negotiated the the landlords on our behalf to get the best deal possible. Outstanding service and will be using them every time we look to move.
