I initially wanted to give 0 because I never received order confirmation even though the cake was charged to my credit card. The cake did come. Aside from the message on the cake that looked off, the cake itself was light and fluffy. My only issue is that for a vanilla cake it tasted very bland, as if no vanilla extract had been used. I LOVE the cream and frosting, it is perfect. I'd be willing to try another cake to see if there are more pronounced flavours

I always order my cake from here for all occasions, everything is on point and the cake is delicious.
Customer service is excellent too.

Order from them twice and twice they messed up my cake don’t even bother going to them as they don’t even care if u are not happy and just offer 50% off to mess up your cake again and still make money off you

Excellent ingredients used. They are very friendly , and competitive prices. We have enjoyed their products for a while now, and would recommend to others.

Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve one star. I got this cake for my birthday it honestly tasted like it had been sitting out for days — it was dry, hard, and clearly not fresh. When I cut into it, I found a long black hair baked into the cake. No one in my family even has hair that colour or length, so it was definitely not ours.

To make matters worse, everyone in my family who tried it ended up feeling sick and spending the next day in the bathroom. It was an awful experience from start to finish. I would definitely not recommend Cake Pantry to anyone — save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about hygiene and freshness.

The cakes taste really good. It doesn’t taste sickening even if you eat a lot. The icing is really nice and the cake is really moist. It just melts in the mouth. Definitely give this a try because once you try it, you’ll never go back. 100% recommend

The cake is so moist and stays like that for days!! The flavours are so tasty. After having cakes from here, we never went back to cake box again!! We come here for every birthday and every event, try it once and you will keep coming back.

I'm not usually a fan of fruit cakes, but this one changed my mind! The balance of sweet and savory with the strawberries and nuts was perfect. Plus, you can tell it's made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. 5 stars!
