Never received order...16 days now
I placed an order on NYE for the Mighty+. The website is now down. I have not received the product. Based on other reviews, I doubt I will. Do not order from this company.

BUYERS BEWARE
I ordered the "Cali Crusher" titanium nail with expedited shipping the day after Xmas. I know it was Xmas time and mail can be a little late but I waited for 2+ weeks just to find out the nail that they sent me was NOT the titanium nail that I ordered. It was just a cheap generic nail (that I don't even think is made of titanium🤔) with "Cali Crusher" in SUPER small writing on the side. Very disappointed that you're trying to pass this off like the real deal. And now the website is down and has been for a week now so I can't even get in contact with anyone. If you're reading this take your business elsewhere!!!

Yall are great
Yall are great. You respond quickly to emails and get the product out as fast as possible. Ordered twice so far and haven't been disappointed. My second order ran out and your team is working on a fix and I couldn't be more thankful. Very pleased with the service. Will continue to be a customer.

Not a paid advertisement
Not a paid advertisement; and I rarely leave reviews.
This company has gained another lifetime customer; the service provided when my booted ass selected the incorrect shipping address was spectacular. They responded promptly and made sure my issue was resolved. I also mistakenly ordered an extra Puffco Peak But they quickly caught it and cancelled for me. Cannot stress it enough, this is the go to for anything you need. Cannot wait to make another purchase, I’ll be sure to spread the word when asked where I got my Puffco Peak.
