Aspire Property Group Reviews

Our house purchases were painfully slow, the agent and the solicitors communication for the vendor was non existent. Fortunately, Terri Kyle at Aspire, was super persistent with emails and phone calls, and eventually managed to get completion dates for both sales. Thank you Terri.

From start to finish - Aspire made it super easy with clear and detailed communication. Terri was a great help
Highly recommend!

Chloe, Claire and Terri were all amazing to work with for my property purchase, I would highly recommend!

Its always a pleasure working with Terri, Chloe and Claire, they go above and beyond and are always an email away to answer any queries.

Aspire did a great job securing a UK property for me with good potential—and it came tenanted, which was a big plus. As someone based overseas, their remote-friendly process made things easy.

Special mention to ‘Chloe’, my main contact, who was very helpful—always quick to respond, patient, and kept things relatively hassle-free, even with the time difference.

If you’re an international buyer looking for UK investment properties, Aspire (and Chloe) are a solid choice.

We started our investment property journey in December with Aspire, and within matter of weeks, Claire had found a property for us. We sugggested a few tweaks to how the property was presented to us, in terms of location, price per square foot etc, and these were all taken on board for the second property.
Once the property was source and we accepted it, we were then handed over to Terri to get us over the fencing line. She was a joy to work with always keeping us in the loop, by April we had completed on our first property. And now in the process of finalising on a second property.

Teri was very helpful in the purchase of my property
Always had time to answer any questions that I had and was my main contact throughout the experience
She kept me up to date throughout the transaction and went the extra Mile

Joe was great at sorting the refurb and making sure that it went through smoothly

We liaise with the refurbishment team (David, Jack and Joe) at Aspire on a day to day basis. All members of the team are very helpful and have good communication. We have built a great working relationship with them!

We work very closely with the refurbishment team. Dave, Jack and Joe are very easy to talk to and are very knowledgeable. I feel we work very smoothly together!

I used to feel like owning a property portfolio was something I could never achieve with all the various pitfalls, horror stories and red tape associated with this asset class. I don't believe that anymore and I'm now closing in on Property #4. Aspire has achieved something incredible in making great properties available to every day, amateur investors and for that I am really grateful.

Claire Brizell is a really talented operator and ensures you are up to speed and feel well looked after throughout the process.

Working with Jack in their refurbishment team has also been a pleasure, a great communicator and he really knows his stuff.

I've had slightly mixed experiences with the lettings department so far but I'm still early on in my journey with them.

Kept informed at each stage of the journey.

I have worked with Terri, Chloe and Claire over 4 years now and they are very friendly and efficient. Always on hand to help! Would highly recommend.

Great to work with Terri Chloe & Claire. Easy to work with and looking forward to our next projects together.

Jamie and Dan were amazing with their support and insight into our property project.

The most knowledgeable and professional group to work with. Definitely recommend.

In the middle.of a JV with aspire, the process has been fantastic, Helen and Dan have been very attentive and informative.

Great communication and kept in the loop at all times. Whole process explained fully and all my questions were answered with a clear explanation.
