Satinder Grewal at Aspray London East handled my subsidence claim. He clearly communicated what was happening at every stage and arranged meetings and contractors that fitted in with my schedule.
Every stage was well managed and all monitoring and contractor work was completed in good time and in a polite, professional manner.
Any information and communication was dealt with provided in a prompt and professional way and I always knew what was going on and the whole process was trouble free and I was at no point left in the dark about what was going on and how my claim was progressing.

Aspray handled an escape of water claim…
Aspray handled an escape of water claim for me which caused rotten floor joists resulting in a full bathroom refurbishment and relocating the tenant to a hotel. Aspray managed the whole claim and were very friendly. I dealt mainly with Jimmy and Eliza who kept me up to date throughout and explained everything for me. Jimmy was also on hand all of the time even late at night to help out if I had any questions. I received all of the money back from when I paid to put the tenant in a hotel and I also got some loss of rent payments after the tenant left due to the leak. Overall I am very satisfied and the work is all now completed to a good standard thank you!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Aspray London South. After a fire at my business, I reached out for support and guidance with my insurance claim. Unfortunately, the response was filled with delays, miscommunication, and assumptions made without proper research. Despite providing all necessary documents and clarifications, they continued to draw incorrect conclusions based on irrelevant social media content, rather than considering the facts I had provided.
Not only did they question my transparency, but they also made baseless assumptions that created further obstacles in an already challenging situation. As a business owner, I expected professionalism and a fair assessment of my claim, but instead, I felt dismissed and misunderstood. I would not recommend Aspray London South if you’re looking for a responsive, knowledgeable, and impartial claims management service.

Great company
I had the unfortunate event of needing to claim through my insurance again but this time round I knew exactly who to call! Mario was fantastic yet again… having two young kids - organising all the work would have been impossible, but everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. No delays happened and the contractor was really professional. If anything I feel like my living room looks better than before. Thankyou to Mario and the team for always being there. Hopefully we won’t need you again… but if we do… you will be my first call!

Water leak in ceiling
When a pipe leaked in a ceiling I didn’t know where to start. My insurance company recommended using ‘check a trade’ to find a plumber and I was contacted by Aspray. George Masterton took over the management of repairs and dealing with the insurance company. I can’t thank, George, Stuart and Bev enough for all the work they did to repair the damage done to three rooms by the leak. A very professional service and all the contractors did a great job too. A huge huge thank you to Lindsey Joseph Tracey Tracy Taylor Ben and Rachel from Asprey without you guys we wouldn't be back here now. You were there every step of the way all the highs all the lows and you all just got things done for us with no questions. All the paperwork all the negations with the insurance company all the phone calls ,arranging .messaging all the crying all the questions etc out of hours too.
You all went over and above to get us back where we belong. We can't thank you enough guys. We are finally back in our new home took 9 months from January 24 moved back in a week ago.

George was great from start to finish, professional, responsive and took all of the hassle out of making a claim. I really can’t recommend them highly enough. My insurance company were very slow and delayed the whole process but George was constantly on their case on my behalf and even complained resulting in compensation. I was introduced to Aspray following water damage to my bungalow due to a burst pipe in the loft whilst I was on holiday in January. George Masterton, from their Peterborough office, handled my insurance claim throughout and his service was exemplary. He advised on all aspects of the claim and dealt with the insurance company on my behalf. The outcome was extremely satisfactory and his professional advice was invaluable in achieving such a good settlement. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aspray to anyone in a similar situation.
Aspray made dealing with insurance claim easy
I had a slow leak which caused damage to the kitchen and the hall. My insurance company requested two quotes. I spent a considerable amount of time getting quotes from drying companies. I was not able to find a couple of companies with which I would have been happy to work with.
I was advised to contact a loss assessor company. I talked to a few and Aspray was my choice as you can meet a person who handles your claim before signing the paperwork. It gives you a chance to understand if you are going to be comfortable working with this person.
I had an initial meeting with Martyn Chapman of Chapman Property Solutions (Aspray sub-contractor). Martyn and I had a look at the damage together. It was important for me to understand what exactly needs to be done and why. Martyn walked me through his assessment and answered all my questions. I was happy to sign the paperwork and let Aspray handle my claim at this point.
I am happy that I decided to go with Aspray as it made dealing with the insurance loss adjustor so much easier for me. Martyn kept me up to date with the process. It took the stress out dealing with the claim as I felt that I have a good understanding what is happening and what to expect next.
I was really impressed with the quality of work. It was carried out to the highest standard. Martin and Richard left me amazed with their efficiency. The work was completed one week before the expected date and the place was left spotless.
I would highly recommend Aspray and Chapman Property Solutions to anyone who has to deal with this kind of issues.

Insurance Claim
Aspray (London East) took on our claim after another company delayed progressing it for us (before they then informed us they would not be proceeding with the claim).
Our claim was far from straightforward and Aspray has been instrumental in progressing matters to a satisfactory conclusion with our insurance company.
I have no hesitation in recommending Aspray’s (and in particular Satinder) to others who have an insurance claim (particularly in non-straightforward cases).
Let Aspray take the stress out of dealing with insurance.
The assessor Satinder was competent and very knowledgeable of all that needed to be done to get the flat back to its full potential.
The flood damage had caused extensive damp and rotted couple of floor boards. The team Gary ,Andy and another lovely guy I’ve forgotten the name , managed to fix the damage with new wood and it looks even better than before. The painters were very considerate and worked quickly even on the hottest days.
I am really impressed with the whole team. Really thankful to them all.
