The electrical engineer, Gavin was friendly, very knowledgeable and also very efficient. He came out to do work at my property twice, and both times I was impressed by both the quality and the speed of his work.
I did find it unusual to pay upfront for the majority of work to be done, which I admit I found a little off putting, especially when in the first instance one of the jobs to originally have been done, the engineer advised against doing so, and I was told I would not able to get a refund, but when I was told that I would get a discount on future work that would need to be done within the year, I was very happy to hear it.

Due to the company having a lot of different employees in the office though, there was one employee (name unknown), who I found to be quite rude and unpleasant throughout our entire conversation, when I called in to ask about the EICR report. He booked me in for the 2nd lot of work that only at that moment did I find out needed doing sooner rather than later, but was rude regarding our conversation about that matter. When I asked if I would still be getting the discount, I was promised, he told me no I couldn’t have it, and argued with me regarding what I had to say about the matter.

Today however, after Gavin (the electrician) returned and had completed the 2nd lot of work, I spoke on the phone to a very friendly employee named Joe, who wanted to check that I was happy with the work that had been completed. I told him about the offered discount due to the aforementioned work, and he said that he could see a note in the paperwork for me to receive it. I briefly mentioned to him about the employee that had said I couldn’t have it after all, but Joe told me not to worry, that he would take care of it for me. Now that is what I call great customer service!!!

I don’t know who the other person who booked me in for the 2nd job was, or what their role was officially within the company, but I did find it extremely unpleasant that they were so rude to me on the phone. So unhelpful, unsympathetic, disrespectful and frankly downright unprofessional. I hope that whoever they were they can be taught not to treat customers that way, because if it hadn’t been for Gavin, the other friendly, courteous, and helpful employee that I spoke to after the 1st job was completed, and especially Joe, I would be rating the company with 2 stars instead of 4 - so thank you Gavin, Joe, Kain, and whoever else I dealt with on the phone who did make my experience a good one.

P.S. I wholly recommend that Assured Electrical either educate or weed out the bad seeds from their company, because aside from any bad seeds, Assured Electrical is a great company.

Gavin was great, arrived on time and got straight to work no messing around. Explained the problem and next steps. Would recommend no problem at all.

Gavin came over to complete an EICR. He was fantastic, nice and quick and answered any questions we had.

GAVIN was really helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and got on with the job without any fuss. He sourced the necessary parts for the job and made sure that we understood our new EV charger before he left. Would recommend.

Leon was brilliant from start to finish. Great communication organising fitting. The installation was very smooth and he left everything in the garage all neat and tidy. Car charged, ready to go!

Leon provided excellent service from arrival to time of departure, being very polite and courteous.
