We recently completed the purchase of our first home, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible support we received from Paul and his team throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he was professional (but personable), responsive, and always ready to go the extra mile.

What really set him apart, though, was his dedication during a particularly stressful point in our sale. When things nearly fell through due to delays with our solicitors, Paul was absolutely vital in keeping everything on track. He was proactive in chasing updates, keeping communication flowing between all parties, and ensuring that no detail was overlooked. Without his persistence and calm approach, we honestly don’t know if we would have made it over the finish line.

Thanks to his hard work and expertise, we’re now settling in our new house and making it our home. We can’t recommend Aston Fox highly enough—if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and will fight your corner, look no further!

Stupidly managed site. You can't find what you exactly looking for. Spent lots of time. Doesn't worst a zero to give them.

We went with Aston Fox after having 4 valuations ,as my husband in particular believed in Mathew Sayer ,he came personally to our home and from then on he and his entire team worked with us in this difficult time to get our home sold.
The markets especially mortgages are I'm sure we all agree in turmoil (Oct"22 ) and to manage the completion of a sale at a higher price to other estate agents just shows how hard these guys work.
We were always emailing each other, getting phone calls with updates and if needed was able to pop in to the offices.
The staff: Liam,Max,Paul,Corran are all friendly and courteous. Zoe we had emails from very professional and absolutely everyone in the team have been a great pleased to deal with.

Bought a property with Aston Fox, I was given updates regularly and was impressed with the speed of purchase.

Mr Matthew is terribly unprofessional and rude. I’m a Mortgage Adviser and he used abusive words over the phone which was recorded.
I am going to raise a complain to ombudsman about this business who doesn’t follow business ethics.
Stay away from this business.

Thought at first this company was really good and helpful, but unfortunately things changed. I was told by Matthew at the beginning that I wouldn't have to pay any charges, but alas this wasn't the case. The first offer on my house in East London was £320,000, but because of the amount of work that needed doing (the tenants had not looked after it) I could only get £230,000. I was told there were pages of things wrong with the house, but after asking several times, Aston Fox did not send me a copy of what was wrong. Matthew did tell me that I would be getting a bit of a refund on the charges, but this never happened. I was just fobbed off with a letter thanking me for my business, etc.

Made a two and a half hour journey to view a property only to be told the owner would not let me see all the rooms (I suspect to hide damp I saw a bit of it in the bathroom next to the forbidden room )

Agent (Max) was rather unhelpful and unsympathetic on this and seemed to assume people could just take as read a property was good quality without seeing any of it.

Max then claimed he'd arranged a second viewing and got approved by his manager (Matthew who it appears also owns the agency), again we took the two and half hour journey, and this time the owner had even been told anyone was coming and quite understandably didn't let us in.

Complained about this, it took quite a while for them to get back but to us eventually we where called back by Matthew who was incredibly dismissive of this poor behaviour and tried to blame the owner. Then ultimately responded with physical threats noting 'If you want to come to the office And insult me in person we can handle this like men!'

The barmy thing is we know they had offers that were relatively low (and from what we can tell from Matthew they now accepted one of them as it was all they were getting through) and I suspect the offer I was planning to make was a good deal higher (from what we where told when we briefly met the buyer), so their complete and utter incompetence and rudeness has likely cost their client thousands of pounds.

Cannot fault this Aston fox! Max is very friendly and professional. Would have no hesitation recommending Corran and the team!
