My package arrived promptly and I was sent a text confirming it's delivery!

I’m giving this 1 star because the protein is good but I can never get a flavor since every time I’m on the website they never have anything available except chocolate. I mean no offense if you know the protein goes then why don’t you make more of it? Instead of making people like me keep buying the same f protein. F you guys I’m sick of it and I want something different but you don’t care enough about your customers to have other flavor proteins available.

My husband bought Elevated. It made him deathly ill. So needless to say he called to cancel any future bottles of this product. He has been calling for months trying to cancel. No live person ever answers, you can only leave a message. Which we both have both done numerous times. Please he does not want the product, so stop charging his credit card and cancel any future bottles. Meanwhile he has 5 unopened bottles available if anyone wants them.

I've always bought AstroFlav products. Excellent stuff! Local product as well.

Good clean product, Very informative, shipped and delivered in a timely fashion. I also like the personal hand written note with the order showing that extra care being put into everything.

Awesome customer service as always. Quick to reply, and somehow, even quicker to any issue. Issues being quite rare. Great people and great products. 10/10 would recommend.

Only had the products for a week, so too early to say how they're working, but I love the communication emails, and that they encourage us to reach out with any questions.

What can i say ? I love all the astroflav line. I used other products but, when i did some research. I found that astroflav is superior in ingredients and on a personal note. I know the people involved with the company and they all have integrity and will only put out the best products.

They promised to give a free 15 day sample but instead charged me full price. I have an uncle and brother in law who got free samples, but I didn't. Just because they think we are in the same household they wouldn't give me a sample and probably wanted me to treat the family's sample as my own.

The time you take to take care of every customer is just out of this world. Products are fantastic, but the service is what will make you one of the best companies out there.

I'm so glad my coach recommended this company! I received a hand written note in my order and that really made me feel special and like the company cares about its customers!

I paid for a 3 month supply and then after the 3 months was up I was billed and sent another bottle of stuff that I didn't want. You basically stole 60 dollars from me. I won't ever buy your products again based on that alone. And I have discouraged many other people from buying your products.

Consistency and a great product

I'm giving 2 stars because the product I got was pretty good, the intraworkout full tank, but the fact that they email me ASAP before ei placed my order but ignore my emails after I got my order. I want to keep ordering and refer everyone to them but they're not responding? I was told I'd get 20% off my next order but I never got that nor did I receive an email of my purchase just an order number. I just want to see they do what they say which is 20% off next order but they're not responding.

I have noticed a big difference since starting these supplements. Been using them for over a year and recommend to everyone.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Their supplements are average at best. If you purchase anything now they are gonna auto ship you orders. I left them voicemails and emails to cancel and they are a ghost. Sham company, hopefully this saves some people the headache
