Wish they were helpfull

The first time I dealt with this company I had to re-contact them to get the earwax removal kit I paid for. So now I needed new tips ordered and paid for them. Received a message that order was being processed and I would receive word when it was shipped. Nothing more for several weeks. Have sent an email and messenger several days apart with no response. I called the number PayPal provides and got voice-mail. I did leave a message for all the good it will do. Thankfully it's not a lot of money but I just don't like being ripped off. I see on Amazon there are other similar products on the market. I would highly recommend folks steer clear of this bunch.

I ordered a smart facial cleaner. It says smart facial cleaner on the packing slip. They sent me an ear cleaner which I already own. Being that I support their business I kindly emailed customer service 3 times just to get ignored. So I can only conclude that this is a fake scam company that steals🤷‍♂️.

Update, the hero of the company, “Alex” reached out and is fixing the situation in a very professional way. Much appreciated and great definition of Customer Service.

TERRIBLE customer service. Don’t answer emails and don’t have a phone number so there’s no way to return the product if needed. DO NOT BUY

Poor customer service! Ordered product on 12/2/23. The order was confirmed and my card was charged immediately. It is after Christmas and I have not received the product nor have I had a response to my many emails. No phone number! Their website shows an address in Irvine, CA. I live nearby. If this company is truly in southern CA, No excuse!

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I have been reaching out to them for the last two months and they will not respond. There is no phone number on their website, so your only option is to email their help inbox. I sent back the item I had purchased, and I have a proof of delivery from early December, but they have not refunded my money and won’t respond to communication.

I’m really glad I decided to give this product a chance. Q-tips can be so dangerous and cause more harm than good. I’ve always wanted a product like this and this really exceeded my expectations.

I have used the product for a few weeks. I have always had a problem with ear wax building up in one of my ears. I have tried different ways to clear this. Since I have been using the Model R., I have been able to keep my ears free of wax build up. The product works and is easy to use.

I got my Astroridge yesterday and I am very happy with the product. The product comes in professional “Apple-esque” packaging and the Astroridge itself is very high quality. The quality of the camera is very impressive, and for the first time ever I was able to remove wax that I felt in my ear. This is definitely going to replace my Q-tips!!

I received my ear wax remove product today. I immediately downloaded the app and started using that, because I was not able to heated in the class very well. At first it was a little scared to use but after I used this amazing product, everything was easy as they explain in the video. This little product worth every penny. I highly recommended
