I have completely lost trust in this app. I always prepaid for my sessions, but without my knowledge or consent, Astrotalk deducted extra charges of $37 and $23 directly from my bank on top of the amount I topped up. When I raised this issue with their support, they dismissed my concern and claimed the charges were “legitimate” with no option for a refund.
This kind of unauthorized deduction is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate way to rip off customers. Instead of valuing trust and transparency, they seem more interested in squeezing extra money from users. I will never use this app again and strongly advise others to be very cautious.
