Poor delivery speed and quality
This company makes out like its based it in the UK but don't think it really is. Other reviews mention that they are based in China.
The battery fits my laptop and powers on so thats where they have earned there 2 stars.
The delivery however was very poor and took a long time as they had to fly it in from another country. (Tracker didn't tell me where)
They used Evri for delivery and was close to two weeks for the delivery. The website and emails they send states between 2-4 working days. When you check there website delivery terms and based on the amount of money I paid for the delivery it gives a guideline of 10-15 days. I dont appreciate the lack of clarity and seems like a get out of jail card for the company.
When I did eventually get the delivery the box was completely open and the battery was badly bent out of shape. I did my best to flatten it out prior to installation as my laptop is fairly thin. Afrew installation the haptic element of my touchpad no longer works as the battery is directly on top of it and will no longer let it move. It still works, but there is no click. Just going to live it with it as the laptop is getting old but could have been easily avoided.
They would have probabaly got four stars if they had charged an extra pound for delivery and used a decent courier.

Following my negative review, my money was instantly returned. So they go from Zero to three stars for not ripping me off completely. It’s a shame they didn’t behave honestly BEFORE the review. However, I would now say they can be trusted at least.
But I didn’t want a refund, I wanted a working replacement.
These guys are 25% cheaper than the nearest competition. So it might be worth a punt - take a risk, it might be ok. But bear in mind my experience. Your product might be perfect. If so, great. But if it isn’t, it might take going to the effort of writing a negative review in order to get your money back.
Initial review: “Battery didn’t take a charge. Put the old one back in - worked as expected. Put new one back in again a second time - would not take a charge. Useless. Then I got the third degree from vendor, all sorts of stupid questions like “have you checked if the contacts are dirty or rusty…?”
Finally offered a refund, but I waited the promised 3 - 5 business days … and more. No refund.
I wouldn’t bother with these guys. A bit like Chinese suppliers used to be in the bad old days.
I had purchased and fitted new batteries for two other Asus family laptops from a different supplier - no problem whatsoever. I was sadly just too lazy to look that supplier up again when I wanted a third battery (for my asus duo). Very disappointing. My expectations were not met, and I feel I’ve been treated like a fool.”

Needed a replacement battery for an Asus Vivobook. Found Asuslaptopbattery with UK stock among all the suppliers shipping in from the Far East on extended delivery times. They Emailed requesting more information as there are 2 variants of battery for this laptop. Following sending through photos so they could decide the right one, quick delivery. I bought a 4 cells 48Wh 15V battery for…
Update - I've upped my review to 5 stars because they have reached out to me with an acceptable solution, well done.
I bought a 4 cells 48Wh 15V battery for Asus A41N1501, the exact same battery as I bought in 2023 and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately it was so tight a fit in the laptop enclosure I had to cut a part of the laptop away.Also the bottom laptop cover doesn't fully shut so the bottom has a bow in it. Luckily the battery is charging from an initial 5% charge. I also didn't return it as the process is not easy.

Batttery delivered in 5 days at an affordable price compared to amazon or other websites. It arrived in good state and with all tools needed.
The only con is that the battery arrived 3.3% worn out.
HWInfo reports a capacity of 65075 mWh
of the maximum 67292 mWh.

Fabulous Service, Great Price
My laptop is 6 years or so old now and after a few issues started to rear their head, it seemed the battery might be the root cause. Having disconnected the battery completely the issues did indeed stop, but living rurally and knowing power cuts are still a thing, I didn't want to risk running the laptop without a battery to prevent total shutdown in the event and potentially damaging hardware - I've lost HD's this way before.
After getting the model number from the original battery, I did a Google search and Asuslaptopbattery was one of the first to show up. I was pleasantly surprised at the price, and the delivery cost was also super cheap - rare these days.
The ordering process was nice and simple, battery arrived quickly and even included the tools to fit it, which although I didn't need, thought was a great touch.
Really happy with my experience buying from these guys. A rare combination of fair pricing, quick delivery and quality product.

Top service, top product.
Whoever it is that answers their help line is fast and I don't think it's AI either. I just wanted to double check the model of the battery, gave them the make and model of laptop, and they had an answer for me in less than an hour. Better than that, they were correct. When the battery arrived, it had all the right tiny tools for opening the case and replacing the battery. A helpful booklet was included that gives best practices for prolonging the life of the battery. Top service, top product, I'd definitely deal with these folks again.

Fantastic, professional, excellent
The ordering process was marvellous, my battery had two particular models and the differences between them were very clearly shown and indicated so there could have not been any mistake made by me. The fulfillment process was also stellar, as promised - I had my laptop battery within 4 days and I couldn't have been happier with it. Tracking number was provided as well so I didn't need to be concerned whatsoever either. I'm experienced in tinkering so I have my own tools, but I was extremely pleasantly surprised to see not just a screwdriver, but two, of both bit types and heads required for this particular model, as well as a spudger, pry tool, and useful QR codes and model numbers that could be found useful. the packaging was very professional too. No complaints after having installed the battery in my laptop but the 1-year warranty also gives some assurance nonetheless. Extremely happy and fully recommend :)

No customer service
Battery arrived on time. But stopped working. I emailed the service email asking for assistance, never heard back. At least with my old battery if the power cable came out it stayed on for a minute and I I could put it back in, now if the power cable is nudges my laptop shuts down. pretty annoyed.
They replied below saying they emailed but no email arrived. I've emailed their service email three or four times about it with no reply. Seems they just apologise on trustpilot to make it all seem fine.
