Je suis vraiment satisfait de Merchant Pro. Il propose une multitude de fonctionnalités efficaces pour booster son e-commerce et gérer facilement sa boutique en ligne. J’ai eu l’occasion de faire appel au support, qui a été très réactif et professionnel. Je recommande vivement Merchant Pro à tous ceux qui souhaitent développer leur activité en ligne !

Sydney and Sydney Pro are very good themes. A plenty of configuration options. I do not use them all.

Also, the support is excellent. If I have a question then there is an answer within 24 hours.

Sydney Pro was the very first theme I purchased when I started working with WordPress. A friend had asked me to build something quickly, and somehow I came across Sydney. Without really knowing what I was doing, I managed to get the project done in surprisingly short time and with great pleasure.

Since then, I’ve stayed with aThemes and even bought their full package. Over the years, some of my favorite themes like Perth have been discontinued, yet Sydney has remained my go-to choice for almost every project I create.

I’m a simple man — and my clients appreciate designs that are clear, functional, and look good both on desktop and mobile. Sydney delivers exactly that.

You can tell the team is putting real effort into maintaining and improving it. Occasionally, they roll out major updates that change quite a bit under the hood — and if you skip the release notes, you might be surprised when you click “Yes, update my header.”

Still, once I explore the changes, I usually find they make things even easier and better organized.

So, thank you to the team at aThemes. I love your work and appreciate the dedication that keeps Sydney both modern and reliable.

This theme is an absolute disaster. It is full of bugs, constantly breaks, and makes the entire website painfully slow. It does not deliver on what it promises at all. Every time you think one issue is fixed new errors appear out of nowhere.

To be fair the support team did try to help but it always took several weeks to get any response. In the end they even advised me to stop using Elementor claiming that the issues were related to Elementor compatibility which is absurd since they advertise the theme as being fully compatible with Elementor. That is simply false advertising.

After repeatedly asking for a refund they refused and seemed to intentionally delay support so that my refund guarantee period would expire.

I have been using the Flatsome theme for over ten years and decided to switch because I wanted a more modern look for my shop. That was a huge mistake.

I am extremely disappointed. I have invested so much time energy and effort trying to make something broken work but it is impossible. This theme is not a foundation for anyone serious about running an online shop.

If you value your time and money stay away from this theme. All you will gain from it is frustration wasted hours and regret.

Extremely bad service. The Botiga pro plugin is having mayor issues, critical error when I activate the plugin.

Finally managed to get a reaction from them, but now no response for a week.

I've made a clean wordpress installation, start all over again because I don't want to wait for customer service that take days per reaction, and still the same error.

Athemes, please help me, you say reaction times mostly in 8 hours, I understand it can take a bit longer but not days with no response with multiple messages from my side.

Hoping to get a refund.

Edit: They did refund me and the issue wasn't directly in the Athemes plugin. Nevertheless support could have been faster...

I could not tell the difference from the non-pro one. Very few added features. Went back to the old version which is working fine. Bit of a waste of money.

Their support are extremely helpful.
I am very happy with the help they have given. They easily understood the problem and after a short time I got the right help. And fast response time.

Decent and fast theme. Got it on a yearly plan for a year then converted to a lifetime plan - yep, it's that good. I also ran into a few questions due to my inexperience with Wordpress, I shot an email and support - Riffaz - came to the rescue and answered my questions within a few hours. Would recommend it.

I’ve been using aThemes for a while, and overall, it’s great. Their templates are impressive, and the customer service is responsive and helpful. Although some features, like the free shipping bar and Real Search module, had issues on my site, the support team worked hard to assist. One star less for setup delays.

Always get back quickly and usually with exactly what is needed - thanks for all the help

Their themes look great and has insane customisation possibilities. If there is any issue, the support is among the best I've experienced. Within hours you have a fix.

I have been using Athemes for years now and have always had a great experience with the themes as well as with the support team. Recently I had an issue, the first one in a long time, and support was able pinpoint the problem very quickly.

Theme Talon is no longer supported, and when that happens, you are left alone. I "inherited" a Talon-website I administrate for a client (marketing), and it starts to display problem after problem. Creating a whole new site wasn't planned, but now I will have to make time for and the client will have to invest money in that. aThemes support didn't even ask what the problem was or whether they could help with additional code for the old theme. Btw., why are there hugely positive comments on the company here, by people who have allegedly names of English speakers, but their praises are full of spelling and grammar mistakes?

Everything was working great then one day I was having issues with the merchant plugin. I was getting error report, I contacted support and within 24hr they had fix the problem and created a patch for other users. It's great to have a product you can trust when you use it for your e-commerce site.

I researched to find a e-commerce Wordpress theme that would excel in these four areas:

1. Fast, on both desktop AND mobile (well-coded)
2. Require the least amount of add-on plugins for a full e-commerce feature set
3. Flexible to grow with a growing business
4. Responsive, attentive, and full stack support team

Botiga Pro delivers on all fronts.

The aThemes team is smaller than some other Wordpress development teams, but they have loyal developers that stay with the company - this speaks to their culture and leadership. Even the CEO has jumped in on support issues and solicited my opinion about features. They have narrowed their focus to two themes, and continue to add features and improvements to them. When they added Product Filtering (so I don't have to pay $60-$80/year for a Woocommerce product filter), I upgraded to a lifetime license. I also recently added their Merchant Pro plugin because I felt confident from using Botiga that it would be well-coded, that the support would be excellent, and that the future roadmap would include useful features that they listen to their customers about.

The support has been outstanding. Even when I used the free version of Botiga (before upgrading to Pro), the support on the Wordpress forum was spot-on. It isn't always responded to in minutes, but it has almost always been within an hour or two and with solutions or fixes the same day.

I give aThemes and Botiga Pro my highest recommendation. Due to other priorities, I haven't implemented much of Merchant Pro yet, so I won't include a rating or review of it.

These guys are super helpful and knowledgeable and respond quickly to solve any unexpected issues, absolutely superb!

We had been looking for a Wordpress theme for our ecommerce site. We needed something that could tick all the boxes and their Botiga theme was the one! We took out Pro version and it was a great choice. The support team are super quick to respond, really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
