As a negative point, I believe the 72 h payment deadline is extremely short for most administrative services at hospitals, research institutes and Universities.

This is my 2nd publication with JNOR. The process of manuscript submission was easy, just attach an editable copy to an Editor's email. An excellent publication fee of $100-US was offered because I am an Independent Researcher/Author with no external funding. Peer Review finished in two weeks. Christina Williams of the Editorial Office kindly notified me of the journal's prepublication progress. Concerns were resolved quickly and easily. Ms. Williams was friendly and professional at all times. Upon publication I was sent a nice-looking official Certificate of Publication.
