This hair is genuinely awful! After one wash it won’t stop matting. As soon as i brush, it just matts again! I have 18” tapes, and i look after them with professional shampoo and conditioner, oils etc, even a bonnet. I’ve had extensions before and never had issues like this.

My review apparently isnt genuine. Can’t anyone speak the truth anymore. Hair was shocking. I’ve sent you my phone number. No one rang. That’s your problem.
