Quality product and fast shipping. Quick to respond to DMs too

Ordered Order on Jan 17, 2026 . And am now out $140 NZD. Their FAQ promises 1-5 business days processing + 6-20 days shipping to NZ. Weeks of silence, then on Jan 29 they claimed it was “ready to ship and awaiting courier pickup” with tracking soon.
As of Feb 3 (over 5 days later, nearly a month total), nothing – no tracking, no proof, no reply to follow-ups demanding action or refund. Money gone, item never shipped. Classic scam. PLEASE DONT BUY

This company is horrible and unprofessional. Never received my package and no one will help me!!! I’m out $150. Never order from here

Placed order on 28th November, item wasn't even given to the shipping company until December 16th, the day after I chased up my order and was told they had a 5 day processing time (it had already been 14 days). The item eventually arrived on December 29th. The item itself was poor quality, especially considering the price paid.

UPDATE: Finally received it about 11 days after Christmas. The quality is very good, but the company never took any responsibility; just blamed the shipping and delivery companies!

Ordered an F1 zip up for my daughter for Christmas and have yet to receive it. Have contacted via messages, and have been thanked for my patience and understanding about the shipping delays and repeatedly told to track it via the tracking link, but no real apology for not having my daughter's Christmas preaent on time and it is now 4 days after Christmas.

Regardless of how good the quality might be, I have lost all patience and I am a very patient person. This was the one present that my daughter wanted most of all!

Their product fits perfectly and is the most versatile clothing I own. I wear the cut off tees to the gym, bar, club and everywhere I go people compliment them. I got the Luka doncic cut off and the Lewis one. I’m excited to wear my Luka cutoff to a laker game soon!

I have read the reviews n suffered the same thing, fortunately the person working customer service is very kind n genuine. i would persuade those interested in buying to buy, the products are comfortable n totally worth it. the customer service definitely makes up for whatever troubles you are having if any, customer service responds pretty quick, formal but very friendly.

Took a bit but was definitely worth the wait !

Ordered a jumper, looked nothing like the pictures. When trying to return the item I was quoted £30 for standard shipping. Queried this with the business to be told there is nothing they can do and there is nothing wrong with the item despite sending pictures
Very rude when speaking to them, I am now out of pocket. Do not order from this company !!!! They are the biggest scam

Product ships from China without any warning or delivery expectation mentioned when ordering (this was an immediate red flag). I ordered on 1/6 and did not receive the sweatshirt until 1/29. I'm located in the United States. Upon receiving the sweatshirt, it was way smaller than any adult large I've ever purchased and was not according to the size chart published on their website. I reached out to them about this issue immediately on the same day I received it. They would not take ownership of this sizing mistake or offer a resolution. So, like anybody else in this situation, I wanted a refund. Response timing while working through this all over email was choppy and information was never provided to me in full at once (the email conversation was like a text conversation and not professional like I would expect a legitimate business to operate). They said return shipping is on the buyer and it ended up costing me almost $50 USD to ship this back to China. The sweatshirt was return-delivered back to China on 2/18, and it wasn't until multiple email requests later that I received a partial refund on 2/26. They would not refund me the original $9.99 USD shipping. All said and done, net after paying for return shipping and only a partial refund, I wasted almost $60 USD and a lot of time and effort on this nightmare experience. Don't get tricked by the cool designs or social media targeted ads. This "company" sucks and you'll be left disappointed.

Never known such an awful company! I never received the tops I ordered on 2nd December, I then was told the parcel was delivered! I asked for the issue to be delt with! I’ve been told they will resend the tops! I declined this as I dont want to wait another 3 weeks. I asked for a full refund but they have now ignored me and blocked me on social media! I’m all for supporting small businesses but this company is a shambles ! TOTAL SCAM

Cool designs but 20 day delivery to the UK, nothing on the product page about timings.
