Great Experience, Great Prices
I am an expert and frequent shopper of large pots and containers throughout the Phoenix metro area. Today I shopped at the Greenfield Rd location in Mesa, AZ and found the selection of pots / containers to be spectacular, very high quality and the prices are 1/3 to 1/2 the price of all the major nurseries and other retailers, Home Depot and Lowe’s included.
I would give zero stars if I could!
I ordered a mat from them online. They shipped me wrong item. I immediately reached out to customer service through email, asking for a return shipping label, complete purchase price, shipping included, refunded. It took them two days to respond to me, and the email I got asked me for photographs of the item and the label. I sent that to them, as requested, the same day. It has been four days since, and I have not received a reply or a return label. It looks like I am going to have to take this up with my credit card company because this company has zero customer service, and is unwilling to even correct their own mistakes.

I was at the At Home store in Wauwatosa the other day and the employee named Marissa was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had such a great attitude! I dont normally leave reviews but had to acknowledge this employee. She greated me at the door and asked me what she could help me find. Took me to the aisle with the tables and answered all my questions. It was such a great shopping experience! Great job Marissa!

First time to order from here. Placed order online- no place to add delivery instructions ie office hours Mon-Fri 8-5 and closed on weekends and security in the building will not accept packages. Contacted customer service and mentioned didn’t ask for our office hours or any information. Customer Service woman said not a problem. We only deliver Monday -Friday 8 to 5. Wrong, Friday evening a text arrives that they’re delivering on Saturday - contacted customer service. They said not our problem. You need to contact Federal Express. They show no responsibility for their orders. Sorry this company is not going to make it! And they don’t seem to care!

I have consistently been to your store in Colorado springs and was charged anywhere from 10 to $15 over on items. Every associate has advised me that they're too short-staffed to update the pricing in the system. This has been happening over a year now. Sounds to me like you guys are stealing from people!

Up until a year or so ago, this was one of my favorite stores! Shopping was fun, always found a bargain and even when I paid full price, I felt that I was getting quality products. Now ….. The deals are no more! Their clearance items are ridiculously overpriced and their regular items, like pillows are so out of the average person‘s reach that it is laughable. I bought huge crystal candlesticks about a year and a half ago… They still have them in their store, but the prices have more than doubled… That is greed! I won’t be even considering wasting my time when I need items for my home..Time to find another Go to!!!

My grandson gave me at home gift cards for my birthday and Christmas. I was waiting to use them once my home was finished being built. I go into the store to make a purchase and use those gift card. I was told they were expired. I ask can my grandson get his money back the answer was no. So is at home stealing money? Went on the website it states there cards don't expire. But if there is a problem contact at home with card number and the receipt. Who has a receipt from a gift. So refund my grandson or make the gift card usable.

Over the years I have spent a lot of money at the At Home in Katy, Texas. But I recently had a terrible experience there and so I will never go back. A few days ago I purchased a large ceramic rabbit at this store to place in an assisted living. It cost 100 dollars. When I got home from the store, I picked the rabbit up by its head and the head broke off.
I went back to the store and spoke with the store manager who told me her name was Debbie. I asked if they would replace the rabbit or at least give me a discount on a new one. Debbie told me “too bad so sad”. She said there was nothing they could do to help me out. Debbie was so hostile and rude to me. I told Debbie that I have been a customer of At-Home for years and have spent a lot of money there. She told me "that's too bad."
It’s no wonder At-home had to file for bankruptcy last year when they have managers that are rude and not the least bit customer friendly. I still am shocked out how rude Debbie was to me.
Curtain selection is insultingly boring
Great selection for seasonal decor, but one of the most repetitive and boring selection for curtains I have ever seen. Over 200 versions of the same 5 designs. Yall are just wasting company funds at this point, be serious.
Terrible delivery service & customer service!
Ordered a decorative box for storage online, it was delivered to my home (the side entrance)in a shopping bag in the dead of winter, so naturally it had gotten wet from the snow. I reached out to customer service about the delivery. They advised me to return it. No problem, send me a return lable. They stated I could only drop it off at a location, which is about 30 to 40 mins away. They wouldn't budge on the matter. Highly disappointed in their delivery service and their overall customer service!
At hime has a fabulous employee
I went to at home to check out the holiday sales, an incredible young man named Jack Cutter greeted me and helped me by walking me to all the sales and offered to help me if I needed any. I am 70 years old and I totally appreciated Jack helping me to make my shopping experience so pleasant!

Total scam store. Attemps to rip-off
I tried to but some baking pan that were on clearance because they had huge, deep scratches in them. They were on a shelf marked at $14.99. At the register they rang up at the normal price of $24.00. The clerk said, "I could probably give you 10% off". These were deep scratches. The bar code on the $14.99 label was different, but it was the same brand code. It was obviously an international scam! I used to like this store.
Tag price... customer not always right.
I bought a chair which was marked on clearance and the employee at checkout said it "was to good of a deal". It had to be a mistake. She contacted her manager who argued up and down stating "it's like we are giving it away at that price". After 10 minutes of back and forth, she approved the sale but said she was going to find the individual who marked it down. Also, a lot of their items are mismarked. I bought a mini utility tray marked for $20 while their larger tray was $10. Online, the mini tray from the manufacturer is $10 and the larger tray was $20. I purchased online and returned the tray to the store.
Terrible policy
Terrible policy. They sell broken things or something that is damaged and when you try to return it, they say the price is less so they just return the cheaper amount. Keeping part of your money, really? Don’t buy in this store, don’t trust them at all.
At home.com are scammers
I bought a sunbeam dryer for clothes from athome.com and then ordered another one using the same online link. The dryer came in the same packaging with the same UPC code. But the size is smaller, the folding legs are flimsy with plastic connectors instead of metal, and what is more frustrating: the ends of wire rods are not protected like in the first dryer and are very sharp, dangerous for hands and clothes. This store cannot be trusted.
DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
All of the staff don’t care at all what we where saying about the product we wanted to find and the status the product had online was wrong, and when we tried to call another location the company wouldn’t pick up the phone and we where being sent to voice mail where you couldn’t even send a voice mail! They straight up said to us yeah we don’t pick up our phones none of the locations like to! The staff treated us like we were stupid and didn’t care to help us with a kind and catering attitude! Me and my family are so excited for this company to go out of business they deserve it and because the customer service sucks the workers deserve to loose there jobs! EVERYONE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
