Atlanta Pallet Rack Reviews

June 10, I spoke with them. They promised to ship my items when I pay. June 11 morning I wired the money. Called everyday and told them I need the racks ASAP but June 13 they told me the shipping company will deliver Monday. I had to cancel my order Friday. They charged me over $700 for shipping and preparing my order! I received a check for the remaining amount.

Fast quote. Fast shipping. Easy payment. It went from quote to arrival in less than a week.

A buddy of mine that is also a local business owner recommended these guys to me when I mentioned pallet racking. I was not disappointed. Thanks guys!

I was please with the website. I was able to find what I needed and when it came time to purchase I was please to find out that the process was being handle by a professional knowledgeable team. I was also happy to be able to get a shipping quote so quickly so that I could make sure that we would remain on budget. Highly recommended.

I gave a 2 star because when I was reviewing there site they said it was in stock. When I wanted to order it was not in stock. I feel like a bait & switch. If your out of stock say so and give a time when you hope it to be in. I own a business and found years ago be honest & straight forward.

Customer service made it very easy to order the materials I needed, and even sent over detailed schematics so I could confirm the dimensions were exactly what I needed.

I had done an online quick quote for some beams and wire decking and in the confirmation email it said someone would contact you in the next day or two and it has been over a week since I did the quote with no contact. I have since gone elsewhere to fill my needs.

Good service!
arrived as i had ordered and on time. good pricing.

Our purchase experience went very well. I contacted DJ in sales and we discussed a few options and decided upon some pallet rack shelving. The quote, order process, and delivery all went very smoothly. We received what we ordered in good condition, and within the timeframe agreed upon, etc. I would definitely purchase from them again.

way to complicated to deal with.
My life is too short.
The lady was very nice but the rules, I needed a few parts, I did not want to buy a house worth of paper work.

DJ is always prompt and able to complete my order accurately. Thanks.

I requested a quote for shipping for a pallet jack and got a TBD by Atlanta Pallet Rack. So yeah, my question was not answered and I wasted my time.

Submitted a quote request online. Never received a response.

Great price for a narrow pallet jack and in stock. Easy pick up at thier warehouse

My driver waited over an hour to pick up the racks, I've done business before with APR, the products are good and reasonably priced. I called in the order 2 days in advance, that long wait cost me money in employee hours and vehicle usage. No reason for the long wait.

One of the beams was welded wrong and could not be installed. They required us to come back and swap it for a replacement. This required us to incur additional expense and loss of our time.

Thank you DJ for the quick service and accurate order. The installation team was amazing! I highly recommend using Atlanta Pallet Rack for all your racking needs.

Delivered as ordered and on time. Fair pricing.
