For the past 4 months, Atlas Capture has been a good thing in my life. I really need to speak with any of the customer service representatives in private. If I have a go-ahead with a guarantee that the team would reply me, you may let me know so I could go ahead to write to support.

You can make it stronger, clearer, and more professional so people reading it actually understand the issue and take it seriously. Right now your emotions are valid, but Trustpilot reviews work better when the story is organized and easy to follow.

If there was an option to give 0 stars, I honestly would.

I joined Atlas a few weeks ago and gave this work my full effort. I spent over 10 hours daily working on annotation tasks, including sleepless nights, believing I would finally get paid for my hard work.

The system required us to complete over 200 tasks during probation, even though probation is supposed to be part of the learning process. Instead of proper guidance, support, or gradual training, accounts are suddenly suspended after people have already invested huge amounts of time and energy.

I was supposed to receive my first payout of $20 on May 7th, but I never received anything. I also have an additional $63 pending for the May 1–15 payout period, making a total of $83 showing on my dashboard. Up till now, I have never received a single payment from Atlas.

What makes this worse is the lack of communication. I contacted support multiple times after my account was suspended, but I received no response at all.

This process feels very unfair because workers are allowed to spend weeks completing tasks, only to be suspended before receiving payment. If probation is truly for learning, then workers should be properly guided with smaller monitored tasks before being fully evaluated — not allowed to work long hours only to lose access afterward.

I am asking for this situation to be reviewed fairly. I would like my account reopened and the money I worked for to be paid.

I hope the company improves its system and starts valuing the time and effort of the people working on the platform.

Atlas is very reliable in terms on AI related tasks. They also pay on time.

They are such scam I would say very disappointed by their payment i use to work extra to get paid but they don’t even pay me for my work they only send few cents. They said 3$ /hours but never pay like this. I worked 5+ hours but only got 5$ but was supposed to get at least 15+ challenge bosses.

Atlas Capture is one of the biggest AI SCAM! out there TODAY lol. I have worked there for two or more months and when it was three days to the payment, they suspended thousands of accounts mine included. Basically they are running AI scam factory by exploiting third world countries where they know there is a high unemployment rate. It is exploitation because these people put their time, money, internet bundles reviewing and editing videos to be suspended when it is payment time. IT IS THE NORM and they will kick you out of their channels so that no communication with them. There is this trainer who like using voice distorting software to acquire american accent which is hilarious while he is obviously Asian hahahaha... That was a huge RED FLAG for me. Every trainer has his/her guidelines and they had discretionary authority to promote or demote anyone at will regardless of the guidebook. Anyways, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Is not worth it. My cash is still stuck there but I didn't really need it. I was just trying to confirm if it was legit but it wasn't...if there is a way of reporting it to be shut down, it would help many unsuspecting individuals who are being exploited.

This site practices modern day slavery. trust me, it's not worth your time. It's a total waste of time and energy. You put in hours labelling a 2 minute video only to earn $1.40. They have lot's of contradicting annotation rules and even if you're a genius, you can't get it all right, you will slightly slumber and that's it, you get demoted. Now you have to beg the moderators to unpause your account, after which you have to go back to some hectic training on Discord and struggle again to be promoted to Tier 3. It's not worth the effort. You're paid peanuts, even coal minors in Africa earn double for same hours and effort. Please, don't waste your time and energy on it. You'll be drained and won't even enjoy those peanuts you'll have earned.

My experience with Atlas Capture was disappointing. The platform often felt confusing to navigate, and instructions for tasks were unclear or inconsistent, which made it difficult to complete work accurately.

I also encountered issues with delayed responses from support, making it frustrating when I needed clarification or assistance. On top of that, the payment process lacked transparency, leaving me uncertain about when or if I would be compensated properly.

Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

I didn't receive my payment which had to paid 2 months back i have been contacting the team every week but there is no further progress in my pending payment. The process is slow and its frustrating to keep reaching out for my pay out, the team is only saying that email will be followed but not further information they reply on the ticket being raised and go off. I REQUEST THE ATLAS CAPTURE TEAM TO PROCEED MY PAYMENT ASAP.

I have registered and have gone through the training and have work for 10 days, just to login and see that my account is paused, I have drop a review but it just the same, I have emailed the support line but it is still the same, and am not sure they are going to pay me for the work I have done

Atlas has been great so far, giving opportunities to everyone around the world to earn extra income without the lengthy onboarding processes most companies use

Me and my friends joined atlas capture early enough in december we worked till yesterday all of us having good ratings, all of a sudden we are paused claiming weve spammed, you people just pause accounts randomly, 2 days without anyone saying anything, if you complain they chug you out of their discord, so unprofessional, losing their influence

I have really heard a lot of amazing things about atlas capture so I decided to go for the training for three weeks signed up joined the discord community but still yet I have not been eligible to participate. I am appealing that my account should be looked into, because I am ready to contribute with my level of knowledge in it @ezeh onyekachi

Atlas Capture is a miracle in my life. The easiest registration, signed contract, and it pays!!!. At first I thought it was too good to be real but here we are. I've been with this wonderful organization since December last year and I have been paid more than 5 times. I love how transparent and considerate they are with the labellers and staffs with a very competent support team and team leads.

I have been working for Atlas for some months now, they pay as at when due and the best part of it is that, there is a job for every one at Atlas as long as you are competent

I've been working with Atlas since January but recently I can't judge or claim new episodes to annotate
It keeps saying "Tier 1 production labelling is disabled. Tier 1 access is limited to GT trial episodes"

Please I've stayed for long but no word of promotion since.

I need to go to the next tier so I can be able to start claiming episodes and work.

My experience with Atlas has been positive and rewarding. I’ve improved my attention to detail and consistency. The tasks encourage careful thinking and have helped me become more accurate in my work.

Although some tasks required more time and careful consideration, they contributed to my learning and growth. Overall, I appreciate the opportunity and the support provided throughout my time on Atlas.

Since I started working with Atlas, Dec 2025, I was handled by a team with lots of learning opportunity to provide to you. Opportunities to learn and equipped yourself on this field. Guided by people who are willing to teach you on the best way they can. There are sometimes issues that encountered as I continue work with them, but they were addressed and resolved one at time. There are things that needs to be improved with the Atlas Capture but, one thing I know for sure is that, with them, I am learning, supported and earning enough to pay my bills. Support should come in both ways, from employee and to all the people you ended working with. But as long as we worked together, there are always room for improvements for both.
