Ho ordinato un orologio e una collanina per mio figlio come regalo di Natale, ordinati il 14/12 sul sito che mi specificava chiaramente " consegna il 18/12" non ho avuto più nessuna notizia,oggi è il 23/12 e ancora niente anche se ho scritto due mail con richiesta di chiarimenti. Mio figlio non avrà il regalo per Natale e questi non si sono nemmeno degnati di inventarsi una scusa, comincio a pensare che sia una truffa. Consiglio vivamente di evitarli una ditta seria non agisce in questo modo! Aggiungo che non intendo usare il buono di 40€ su un ulteriore acquisto di 100€ che mi hanno inviato come se fosse una sorta di risarcimento per il danno subito perché rimane la mia totale sfiducia in questo brand.

I bought the Silver Zolten watch for my husband and it’s absolutely stunning! Heavy materials, stainless steel, beautiful design, it’s giving Audemars Piguet vibes. So worth it! My husband will definitely buy one more. Regarding customer service , since I bought the watch they failed to send me track nr nor did they email me back when I asked them where the watch is. They emailed me when the watch was delivered to me. Furthermore, the package was not sent through DHL but through a local Greek courier (1 week delivery)

Great quality watches, great customer service. Feels like a $25k watch but for the bargain price of 350$

First let me start by saying I have ordered here last year and everything was fine. This time has been a horrible experience. I placed my order June 14th, then I get a email June 15th saying that the chain I wanted was sold out, and they will replace it with any other chain I want. I replied June 16th with my replacement item… but I already had a tracking number for my package somehow? After getting no reply about my replacement chain, I email them again June 18th, still no reply. I email them again June 19th and finally get a reply saying that my package has shipped already, but they still never confirmed whether or not the chain was replaced. After replying to that email, 2 more times, I still have not received a reply confirming my order. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Keep that in mind if you order from here. It may not be worth the headache if anything goes wrong with your package. Be prepared to wait days without a reply. They only communicate through email.

I ordered two necklaces from Atolio Vegas. after waiting the promised 2-5 working days delivery it still didn't arive. my track and trace gives me zero updates for 10 days now. i tried contacting Atolio Vegas multiple times but no answer at all. I absolutely wouldn't recommend ordering here if this is how they handle client contact and missing shipments.

Tolle Uhr, etwas groß für schmale Handgelenke

Lets start with shipping. If you pre-order the watch it can take several several months. I had to contact to get my watch, so it was pretty weird. When i got the mail that the watch was shipped i was stoked. The watch came and i investigated it. It is a bulk design i believe that you can buy at alibaba, and print your own logo, so i knew it wasnt a high end watch. They promised a free bracelet sizing tool, but it didnt come so i had to get it adjusted it on a clock shop. Also they say it has a seiko self winding motor, but it really doesnt have one. Its a lie. So 3/5 for this company, the watch came in a same looks that they advertised, but it lacked some important notes that they advertized on their website.
