I received a head/shoulder/face massage from Violeta. It started with massaging all my face muscles, then pressure points of my head and massage of my shoulders. It finished with Reiki.
At the end of the treatment I felt completely relaxed and calm. It shows on my face and my energy level. Shifted a lot of stress away.

I saw Violeta (V.) because I had a tension headache and I felt I needed a holistic approach to what's been going on with my body and my mind.
V. listened to my issues first and tailored her treatment to help ME rather than just perform one of the treatments from the 'menu'.
The neck, shoulder and head massage got rid of my tension headache veru quickly.
The REIKI massage made me feel very calm and relaxed.
The trigger point massage addressed all the tense parts to my body and to top it all of V. facilitated a guided meditation session, which helped me release my internal tensions....I left the appointment a lot lighter and laughing, 360 degrees turnatound in mood....what an incredible experience. Highly recommended !

I visited Violeta recently having been diagnosed with lower back pain & Sciatica.

On arrival, Violeta was quick to set my nerves aside as medical occurrences have always made me on edge. However with Violetas' obvious expertise in her field, thorough knowledge of the anatomy concerned within the spinal column, back, shoulders, i was able to understand comprehensively the treatment required, the methods involved, exercises I could do in my own time to help my symptoms.

Violeta was keen to listen and understand the issue, form a suitable treatment plan and her delivery of this was simply superb. Very thorough, relaxing, and above all educational and more importantly effective. Having had two sessions I have booked a third and will continue to do so until the issue is managed by myself.

Violeta is a wonderful human being, kind, sympathetic and obviously takes great pride in her work, and this shines through within the session with excellent commentary on what she is doing throughout...again putting you fully at ease! Brilliant!

I am a regular at Violeta's practice and I have come to see her for treatments for quite some time now. Violeta is very attentive, patient, professional and is a very good listener. I have been quite exhausted lately and energy has been a bit low. After speaking to Vi about how I have been feeling and my recent events, I received an indian head massage incorporated with reflexology massage, trigger point and reiki. During the treatment, I was already starting to feel at ease, calm and weight off my shoulders. After the treatment, I was told by a couple of random people in the shop that I looked happy. I have been sleeping well too. Thank you Vi! I highly recommend her to anyone. Even if you aren't feeling negative, stressed or upset, it's always good to have a reiki treatment as our head feels clearer after it. Trigger point and reflexology are good for relaxing and beneficial for our body too.

Violeta was extremely welcoming and professional. She used her expertise to find my problem areas, and release the tension to free up my lower back. She even got rid of aches I didn’t know I had! She took the time to show me a few stretches to do in my own time which was more than I expected. I’ll definitely be going back for another massage, maybe even try something new!

Violeta is the most amazing therapist you will come across - a beautiful soul and an incredibly warm heart. I have been seeing her for about 4 months now - a mix of massage, reflexology and Reiki. I recently had a Reiki session with Violeta. Totally amazing. The room was comfy quiet and peaceful. The energy was incredible. I felt happy,at peace, and energised. She certainly has a gift.
