SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Atrieve is a scam!!!!
This is the second time that they have supposed to have sent me another plugin extendable screen monitor for use with my computer, the tracking system they have for China Post shows Delivered!!
To who was it delivered?
Where are the pictures to show it was delivered?? Who is the courier service you use for delivery???
Why don't they ring the bell or know on the door if they have delivered??
If you ask the online services who is the courier, you have to pay to speak to someone!!!
I want my money back!!!!

Update: I requested refund twice, offered them a return, but they haven’t replied at all.

I had to chargeback to get my right. They have now challenged this! They haven’t even negotiated or notified me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible company and would avoid at all costs. Also trading as Socrypto on companies house and has been disolved Oct 25
Purchased trainers and after a long 10 week delay received goods , and obvious fake goods. Now unable to return due to company disolved , but appear to be trading on shopify.
Scam company do not use!

I purchased a Smart Watch from Atrieve on the 10th September and although I have written ten emails to them I have heard nothing from them since the 9th of October stating my purchase was being shipped. ( where from Neverland) Because I have heard absolutely nothing since.
I paid £39 for the watch I am gutted as I am a pensioner and have just lost my husband very suddenly which was not expected at all.
I really cant afford to loose this money, but I am in a situation now that I genuinely think I will not received the watch nor a refund. What can we possibly do about this situation?
Does anyone know please?

This site is an absolute shambles!
Massive delays in goods arriving, tracking number provided just doesn’t work, ATRIEVE communication is non existent
Why Shopify supports them is a mystery

The products sent are clearly fake and very low quality. There is no customer service.

I bought a pair of ASICS and they not even came on the box 😡… they arrive in some plastic bag and obviously were fake ASICS shoes… HORRIBLE 🤬

This is a Scam. So not buy from this company. They even try to convince you it will show up eventually but they don't know when. Tracking details given don't even belong to any shipping company. They just make it up.

Fake counterfeit trainers shipped from China and customer service do not exist.

Do not buy from this company!! Took weeks to deliver then the training shoes have arrived and they are fakes!!

Goods never arrived and despite many emails sent by me no reply. It is now being investigated by my credit card company

I placed an order, paid, and received a confirmation email with a tracking number. However, the tracking number never updated its status, even weeks after the purchase. When I tried to follow up, I discovered the website had gone offline.

Ordered running shoes on 7th September, should have arrived within one week. Received them yesterday 1st October. Wrong size, website closed. Money wasted!!

Total scam bought a memory drive got sent a completely different item and then the website just disappeared

I ordered on the 9th of September. The trainers arrived on the 30th. All tracking links failed to work throughout the process. Their website is down and their number doesn't work. They sent me the wrong size, in a bag, with no shoebox, and they're clearly counterfeit. I'm disputing with Amex, so fingers crossed. I should have checked here first!
