I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Attractive Partners. I feel that the company has failed to deliver what was promised, and I am currently in the process of taking them to small claims court.

I would like to hear from others who have had similar experiences. If you feel you were treated unfairly or had issues with their service, please share your story.

Utterly terrible. Poor matches, ignored preferences. Matches hours away. Complete waste of money. This company comes under the umbrella company ‘dating options’. You can see from their 55% 1 star reviews how unsatisfied their customers are.

Very good, professional approach and it’s good to see proactive support to what is currently an increasing difficult situation

A Company that acts and behaves against the professional standard of what would be expected through a Dating Agency. Manipulative, lies and will gas light to reduce Partner preferences - their entire team uses various tactics to excuse matching standards.

Operates at the lowest standards expected in a working environment, cancelling meetings at the last minute, cut calls whilst refusing to take accountability of their actions and service level.

I would encourage anyone with a similar experience to contact me through Trust Pilot.

They wouldn't approve my profile as I wasn't "attractive" enough.

Pls don't waste your money. They did'nt provide any matches and kept asking to upgrade to highest level of payment and that only profile would be sent to men who had paid more than i had.When in 3 months it became clear that they didn't have any matches for me, i asked for a refund, and they said I was over the 2 week cooling off period (and obviously they hadn't sent any profiles in the first 2 weeks ).They then changed 3 matchmakers ,and none of them were interested and would often be on a lunch break when you called to ask about progress. I lost 2000£ without a single match . They are scammers.

I have only good things to say. An excellent membership and I have enjoyed having my own matchmaker. A service that works for me.

I have been a member of Attractive Partners on 2 previous occasions and recently joined again as I lost my wife last year. The service has always been excellent and totally genuine.

An exceptional dating service - I trusted them as they have been around for over 20 years and I feel they have really delivered. I am now dating Maread and it’s going brilliantly after years of wasting time swiping on apps and getting nowhere. This feels so different.

I was unsure at first about joining Attractive Partners as my only previous experience with dating was online. But it’s been a great success so far and far higher quality men than I experienced online and via apps. Thanks to all of you.

I can only say that Attractive Partners have been excellent for me. First class from meeting Alex initially who explained things so well and has ensured everything in the joining process progressed in a smooth and professional manner. This is so vastly different to being isolated and alone online.

I have tried to put this horrible experience behind me but have been meaning to write a review. I joined up in 2021 having had concerns that Attractive Partners might not have many men in my age bracket within 40 mins of my home - they emailed reassurance that they had "well over 100 gentlemen actively searching". Over the space of 11 months they provided me with just 6 profiles - some of these were not in age range specified. Profiles failed to give basic info ie, marital status/kids with no compatibility of interests. 17 months later only 2 of the profiles were in age range [in my area]. 13 profiles sent in all. I ended up having to broaden the search area to much further afield. Also after complaining [via phone] they said they would give a further 2 profiles as goodwill. - They then later said this was never agreed. So bad.

Be very careful to read your Contract as AP allows the absolute right and discretion to recommend others to you which might fall outside your pre-requisites like age and location. They also retain the right to fulfil their guarantee if required to extend the period of service – meaning that they can take as long as they like to fulfil the number of profiles you pay for and outside of your prerequisites. I personally deeply regret signing the Contract and would have nothing to do with them OR ANY OF THEIR UMBRELLA COMPANIES.
You may be far better off to use online dating service where YOU can see profile photo’s - and Biography with greater detail. There are other ways to get security checks on someone which is basically the only service of benefit from them. The above is my view only and you may have a different experience. Unfortunately I think this dating service is a complete scam. After confidently saying they could match me with someone from a catchment areas across London and the South East I have only had 7 profiles shared with me who liked my profile and I’ve not had one match or date in 15 months after paying £5000. The agreement was that they would even share my profile with other agencies if they didn’t have someone in their database. It’s apparent that they don’t have many men of their books and the men get a much cheaper rate for joining from a comment that was made. I’ve seen a few of these 13 men on online dating sites so it’s apparent they aren’t getting matched either.
I thought this was the safe dating option but I feel completely appalled by the service and that I’ve been taken advantage of with the claim that this is a much safer secure way of dating.

Following a complaint they just claimed that were working in the background but in their terms they guarantee a number of introductions. Unfortunately this isn’t true.
Even given your review feedback below you are dismissing my preferences below that I gave you and making out that it is my fault that I have not had a match. I was assured on joining that there were plenty of people in your database that match my criteria.i also have written evidence that I have shared with your team about how men are getting reduced rates and you are now dismissing that below too. This just highlights the lack of integrity and regard for your clients and how you are meeting their needs. This is actually called gaslighting your customers.
