I had a great experience with Attwells purchasing the freehold title to my leasehold property. It was an area I knew very little about, and I was prepared to accept a quote from a local solicitor when I was recommended David Conway, who it quickly became clear was far more knowledgeable than anyone else I spoke to.

I can't recommend Samuel Welham enough. I came to Sam with something really time-sensitive and was honestly quite stressed about getting it sorted in time, but he understood how urgent it was straight away and immediately put me at ease. Sam dealt with everything the same day, replied to every email almost instantly, and was so kind and patient throughout. He took what felt like an overwhelming, against-the-clock situation and made it completely painless. I'm really grateful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
