Customer service and product quality
The customer service was pretty fast however it took me a while to find it as the email provided in the website never replied to my enquires. The product was good however was plastic which was not what I expected however the print came out well along with the customisation of the name. Overall the product is good however I don't think its worth it's hefty 30 dollar price tag as the case does not feel 30 dollar quality.

I thought it was false advertising
I thought I was buying a cup and saucer but only a cup squashed into a box arrived. Have since found out I only purchased the cup. It’s a bday present for my daughter.
