Beyond expectation
They carry Top Archery branded products. Gotta say that the gear has delivered beyond expectation. My latest ILF riser, the 'Heavenly Soul' hunting model, has a damper built in and is well finished, which puts it a cut above other Satori-style ILFs. I matched the riser with premium carbon limbs, and it shoots like a dream.

Horse Bow and Arrows
All of the items purchased through Huntingdoor arrived in Western Australia in good condition and exceeded expectations in relation to quality.
I was concerned after receiving a message that indicated the items had been delivered when they hadn't yet arrived. But, the exceptional customer service at Huntingdoor assisted our enquiries and were reassuring - as we live in a very rural area - it turned out that a courier receiver had delivered it to a pick up point without notification. Once we figured that out, it was fabulous.
The reason I have given 5 stars (despite the couriers not communicating) - Huntingdoor themselves have OUTSTANDING customer service communications and it was reassuring to be able to express our concerns and feel supported in our desire to find resolution. Luckily, it all worked out and we are very grateful that the situation was handled so well.

My grandchildren had a disappointing…
My grandchildren had a disappointing time with your bows and arrows. The arrows continually fell off the bow and went anywhere.
I understand I should have an arrow grip or some extra stand .
There were numerous black plastic parts but no explanation of function . Just isolated various parts . No directions attached ,
The directions generally were poor or non existant
