Scam website. Not Australian based despite the sydney address.
I purchased 2 of what was advertised as a box of silicone sheets. They sent me a 2 single sheets (not the boxes) and they were in a worn/used pouch.
Misleading description on their website with images that do not depict what they send you. When contacted, I was told the images are for illustration only.
No comment was given regarding the confusing description (description says its scar gel, cream, tape, sheet) except to infer that they dont specify the number of sheets I am purchasing and therefore I shouldn't have assumed it was a box of them.
They have offered a refund if I send the product to the US. Supposedly their Australian address is only for mail and not returns.
The website appears to be Australian and it is not reasonable I have to pay $40 plus to send the items to the US. The representative said it is because they came form the US warehouse. Funnily enough I can see they were sent from India which last I knew is not the US.
Warning* do not buy from here, they are scammers.

I ordered a bath stone and even paid extra for shipping, but after waiting for over a month, I had to contact your customer service myself for an update. I first tried calling the contact number multiple times, but there was no answer, so I then emailed your team. Only after I followed up was I informed that my order had been cancelled due to unavailability.

If the item was unavailable, why was I not informed earlier instead of being left waiting for over a month? This has been very disappointing, especially after paying extra for shipping and receiving no communication from your side unless I contacted you first.

Good packaging and arrived before time safely.

Wait too long

I gave one start because zero stars is not possible. I have been waiting 8 weeks to receive an arm brace for a broken arm. After emailing several times questioning deliver timeframe I was assured “the team” and “relevant department “ would be in touch to confirm delivery. After finally receiving shipping notification at week 2 I thought it might arrive and heal my arm, but no , here we are at week 8 and no brace. Good news is my arm is healed, but my wallet is still broken. I’ve asked several times for a refund but the “team” assure me it will arrive.
Bottom line is this a a company in India pretending to be Australian

I bought an ultrasound Physio treatment machine from Navafresh Australia recently. While the machine appears to be quite serviceable & seems quite a solid unit I was not fully impressed. The biggest problem was that it had a power plug for India - so not usable in Australia as is. Adaptors are rare for this plug. So the best option was to have an electrician attach an Australian power plug, which was an extra $22. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the website etc that this (Indian) plug was attached. The instruction manual was some A5 size photocopies. The price was good & delivery was after 5 days.

If you like dealing with idiots from O/S when items are heat affected then go ahead , this purchase was a huge nightmare , dealing with a different person each time with no results
