Ninelife Reviews

Very distraught
Paid 167 for Abba oil
Arrived not bubble wrapped
Snatched in delivery .

Resolution taking too long
I just want my money refunded
Or a nother bottle sent out properly packed .

Received my second order
Paid for 4 oz
Only got 2
Again resolution team taking so long to make a decision
What they are going to do .

I was so excited to receive the oils
Bad the ordeal l would not recommend this company

Keeping me well informed at each stage. That made the difference and ensuring my parcel left in safe spot.

Ease of ordering, great communication all through the process.

The shipping time was my only issue as I thought that it would come from an Australian distributor . My emails were responded to quickly and kindly.

Product arrived on time and product as described.

Thank you for offering products that are otherwise difficult to source. Delivery was prompt and service great.

I had a fantastic experience with Ninelife. The ordering process was easy, delivery was fast, and my item arrived exactly as described. The product was well packaged and is great quality. Communication was excellent throughout, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful smelling oil arrive within a few weeks I blessed my parents with it and plan on blessing many more people with it including myself and my room and house

Quick delivery time, good prices

Great product and very informative website.

Only had it on 24 hours & already had a great nights sleep. I removed the clear coating with 3 different grits of sandpaper. I then polished it with 2 different grades of jewellers rouge with a dremel. It came up with a flawless finish & comfortable to wear and sleep with. I suspect other changes/improvements will take place in my body over the next 2 week's or so. Reccomend this to anyone!

Ordered a packet that came from the US didn’t take long & had all tracking details also great customer service and customs duty was included in packet so all in all they were great ..would order trough these again 🤗

Bracelet was at a reasonable cost. It’s very well designed and presentable I have had it for a week now and does what it is meant to do

Great pepper. Arrived in a short space of time. Will be happy to use “nine life” again.

YOU HAVE WHAT OTHERS DON'T KNOW THIINGS EXIST

They do not supply tax invoices.
They do not supply phytosanitary certificates for clearing Australian Customs.
They do not have an Australian Business Number (ABN).
Payment was in Australian dollars, but I was hit with an international transaction fee because the payment went to USA.
The "Agents" are Indian.
Shonky.

It would appear from other peoples experience that this product does indeed improve memory and cognitive function. Time will tell if this is the case as I only just recently received the powder.

Hassle free purchase and delivery through to receipt.
Just unfortunate a $5 item costs so much.

Easy website to navigate and prompt delivery.

Keep up the good work
