I purchased from this store when I was in St Andrews, and purchased my wife a very nice golf dress, in the wrong size. So here I am, online, purchasing the golf dress in the correct size, only to be told a couple days after the purchase, that they cannot fulfill my order, ever.

Shipping to the US, I was having trouble finding an item online and the woman chatted with me on their website and was very efficient and knowledgeable and helped me place my order. Made it super easy sending the links I needed.

You guys are fantastic.
You guys have a fantastic store and didn't think your customer service could be better, but I was wrong. After returning to the US, I ordered something that I wish I had purchased while I was there. You guys were so responsive and helpful and made it happen for me. It was truly an impressive display of service.
