Auctionhousecumbria Reviews

I can fully recommend this company.
After failing to sell my mother’s house through an estate agent we decided to go to auction.
Colin contacted us and explained the procedure step by step.
If we had a query prior to auction day either Colin or one of the team would give us the answer.
Nothing was too much trouble for them.
We were able to watch the auction live online and were delighted with the result.
Many thanks again to Colin and the team

I can’t recommend this auction company enough.
Right from the start John made us feel safe in his hands.
He did everything. After the valuation and agreeing on a guide price we handed over the keys and John took care of everything else.
A few words come to mind when dealing with this company..efficient,caring,trustworthy and honest. Can’t recommend them enough.
