Auction House is a great company. Whatever they promise they deliver. Henry my agent was awesome!! Last year I was looking for a car and their website popped up on Google. No one I asked had heard about them but I decided to take a chance anyway. No regrets at all. From I made contact they were professional and gave exceptional service from day 1. I have been and would recommend them to anyone!
Thanks Henry.

Last year I was looking to get a car. I had been doing my research and had decided on the make and model that I wanted, now all I needed was a source to get the vehicle from. After being frustrated with the other more popular places I settled on AHJ. I worked with Kevin Richards to get my sexy Toyota Prius and Kevin and I became fast friends. AHJ took great care of me and my car impresses me more and more every day. I would recommend AHJ and Kevin Richards 💯% to anyone.

Shout out to JOSHUA AUSTIN best sales agent from auction house japan .......my vehicles always clean and tidy with no issues ..thanks again greatly appreciated 🙏🙏🙏

Absolutely fantastic. A pleasure to work with all the way through. Chris really knew how to get the cars bought and shipped in the quickest, most reasonably priced way possible. I will be back for my next batch of cars. Thanks!

I needed a good quality used Japanese SUV and for that, someone recommended me to contact Auction House Japan. They have a very easy and quick order processing criteria. In addition to that, they made it possible for me to find and purchase the best-used SUV from Japanese auctions within my purchase capacity. Thank you Auction House Japan!

I have received my purchased car today. It’s a used Nissan Tiida and I am fully satisfied with my purchase. It is running perfectly. There is nothing in the car that needs to be fixed. I am very happy and grateful to Auction House Japan for their services. I look forward for my next purchase.

Auction House Japan is the most honest and reliable Japanese exporter for used cars. I own a small scale automobile dealership and I am always cautious when I engage with a used Japanese car exporter. I have recently imported a used Toyota Alphard and I can surely trust them in future deals as well.

I would recommend Auction House Japan to anyone because I have experienced the easiest and smoothest buying process with them. I have purchased a used Suzuki Alto at a very good price from them and I am completely satisfied with their services as the car was timely delivered to the destination. Thank you!

Here with Japanese Finest Imports in Aruba I have been working with Auction House Japan for a year now and they have help my company grow with their support and good quality cars and best prices!!!!!!
Superb service by Mr. Steven Ken who is not only my guidance for great units but now my friend. There is no regret doing business with Auction House Japan.

I needed a used hatchback for my family before the year end and AHJ helped me just in time. I have received the vehicle in Jamaica and I have no issues so far.

Daniel Jordan (obviously fake name) has blocked me on Whatsapp so I can't message him requesting my refund! Calls made to the company also go unanswered and they hang up as soon as you tell them who you are.

I wrote my review over 3 days ago and no one from the company has bothered to check. All they sent is a request for my Order ID which they already have.

Absolutely pathetic - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have purchased a used Japanese Toyota Corolla from Auction House Japan and I am fully satisfied with the vehicle. It has been well kept and doesn’t need any repairs. I recommend this company to others!........Gary

I have found the best-used vehicle with AHJ compared to others who export to Jamaica. It’s a used Honda Fit Shuttle with an exceptional condition and performance. Thank you AHJ!

Auction House Japan was top notch! Mr Ken went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a vehicle the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend AHJ (Steven Ken in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

A very rewarding experience and investment. I had a lot of options to get precise what i was looking for, narrow down to the color.
Once the unit was bought, the handling proces was trustworthy and transparent!
I had acces on the real-time condition of the unit at any time, never left one watts app message hanging all my question were answered.
The unit arrived (Aruba) in exelent condition, it exceeded all expectations!
“Thanks for letting me feel like a kid again auction house Japan”, till next unit!

I paid a deposit but bids on my behalf at auctions were unsuccessful. I then asked to be refunded and Auction House Japan gave me back my money.
Zack Turner the agent who had been placing bids on my behalf was quite helpful up to the very end.

Fred was a great help to me especially knowing that I know nothing about cars he put out his best in helping me getting what i wanted! Thumbs up to fred

I had incorrectly entered the mailing address on which my documents were supposed to be sent. I contacted Rick to change the address, he immediately made the correction and assured me that my documents will be delivered to the right address. The level of commitment and customer service of AHJ has gained my trust and I will be buying another car for my wife through them.

GoodMorning, I had a awful experience with Auction house. Auction house is not the fast service company that they use to be, they don’t handle their customers with care anymore.I’m a customer at Auction House they shut me down by not answering their phone, block their business number. It not fair as Bussiness clients to be treated this way. Nowadays vehicles taking about 4 to 5 months. The Company Auction House use to be great that the reason I join Auction House for the fast service and Quality. The Company has fall off tremendously.I purchased two vehicle from Auction House 2010 MNissan March ,2011 Toyota Passo.I send about 4,500. It just ridiculous to.Auction House need to empower their employees by a Training Program to gave a better service.
