This is such a well thought through service, designed by someone with hearing loss for others with hearing loss. The software has been developed by someone with hearing loss, who can really appreciate the difficulties that presents, so fighting from their corner! From my first encounter with Audacious, staff have been helpful, interested, encouraging and personal. This network could open so many doors to so many people around the world who currently live in silence and offers the chance of independence and privacy.

Very interesting and innovative idea. I think this can have much benefit on society. I hope this will augment and bear much fruit. This is especially useful for me as I sometimes find it difficult to hear on the phone and that can be a source of anxiety. Also, this is particularly interesting as I am a medical student and have recently attended some lectures on hearing (3 lectures) so this a nice example of the field of hearing being applied to the specific field of mobile technology. Thanks very much to Paddy and Harry for their help today; it has been a fascinating and enriching experience. Many thanks, I wish you all a merry Christmas and every success for the future!

This may be a new company but it deserves to go a long, long way. The product is incredible, giving me access to the telephone for the first time in many years. Only those who have had to get neighbours or friends help them to get something as simple and personal as a Doctor's appointment can know how much it means to pick up a telephone and understand what is being said.
BUT, not only a great product but fantastic customer service that goes far beyond the highest of expectations. My thanks to Ryan, who not only was astute enough to recognise that my problems with the sound test system were real, but also took them back to his Tech.team to be resolved, not only for me but for others with similar issues.
Finally, not only a great product, great service but also a great price. Their standard price was 2.5 times cheaper than my existing contract, offered better data plan and was on a one month rolling plan with no early exit penalties or minimum contract period.

My initial interview with your representative Max was a surprisingly pleasurable one. He was Pleasantly Courteous; Polite; Knowledgeable of your product and NOT PUSHIE. BUT the most appreciated aspect of our interview was to find that on becoming aware of my progressive hearing loss, he showed that, very rear trait of caring. Thanks Max.

Very, very disappointed. I have had technical problems since signing up such as multiple call fails, incorrect number messages, call drop outs and long time to connect calls or call fail message. In addition, so many people ringing me could not be connected and no notifications of missed calls came through to me.
The technical side of this carrier is not acceptable and is not fit for purpose. I have been in constant touch with c/s and they cannot offer a solution. Changed SIM cards and exactly the same problem exists. Decided to go back to Vodafone and they informed me that I would have to give 30 days notice, but offered me £5 off my bills....an absolute insult!
Get your act together Audacious or you will be found out for the shortcomings in your offerings. I could not recommend this network to anyone.

Good service. SIM card arrived promptly, telephone help with setting up was patient. Carrying out the hearing test was easy and can be done as often as you want.

I have tried this service myself as despite having normal hearing I felt there was an improvement. I find the idea/technology very impressive and I am actively trying to signpost my patients towards this. Keep going!! I am hoping you'll receive more reviews from patients.

My hearing is almost normal but Audacious makes a noticeable difference to my calls in noisy places - much more crisp, and it costs me a lot less effort to follow the conversation, leaving me more time to consider my responses. I didn’t realise how much I had to concentrate before just to hear what was being said.

Had problems with my contact at ID no signal so looked at this for me new company Audacious. They had a special of 1£ a month taster. This enabled to see if the signal was good. It is and even you can call customer service easily if needed based in the UK too a plus.
