I have never had a hearing test that was so thorough and informative.
Daniel did an excellent job and I would recommend him.

Cannot recommend Hidden Hearing highly enough! We had appointments in Kings Lynn to have our ears cleaned. Unfortunately the machine was not woking so Lucas arranged to come to our home to do it. First class job and a really personable, friendly guy. Very happy with that. We then had a hearing test appointment at home with Amber and Molly. Two very lovely, friendly girls who did a cracking job again. Totally put us at ease and there was no hard sell for us to buynaids. As we were both borderline we have rebooked another test in 6 months time. Would recommend Kings Lynn without any hesitation. Thank you for a great service!

Really friendly and caring service

The audiologist took his time and spoke clearly so our 102yr old knew what was happening through out examination.
Ears completly blocked with wax and now waiting for ears to be washed out before hearing test can be completed

I am already a hearing aid wearer. After getting fed up with another company that does hearing care(begins with a B)?? and wanted me to go all around Norfolk just to get an appointment- I chose to go see Amber at Hidden Hearing in Kings Lynn. Excellent service, she took all the time I needed, showed me each step of the way and was a lovely young lady. Up to date tech explained, they're not cheap however their service and follow on service seems worth paying a bit more. I would definitely recommend :)

Daniel is great, always explains everything so well and is very kind, welcoming, helpful and pleasant.
This is in contrast sadly to the 2 people who 1. let me in through the locked door and 2. on reception.

My experience at the King’s Lynn Centre was excellent.
Daniel was professional and thorough. He took time to ask us what our life style was like, explaining that this helped him understand what I needed to enhance this. The testing was amazing and I was shocked at how much my hearing had deteriorated but Daniel was quick to reassure me that much could be done to improve this.

The technician did not appear to have a full grasp of how to work the equiptment.
Question were asked that had not previously been asked apart from the initial consultation years ago

We found it easy to make appointments and were met by very attentive staff and the surgery was quiet not how much better you can make it.

Hidden Hearing in Kings Lynn saved me to be honest. I already had hearing aids from somewhere else and it was only when I was called for jury service I found out I still couldn’t hear very well. Hidden hearing did such a different range of tests and with care, they got me on the right road to be back in the real world, able to hear what was being said to me and not being drowned out by noise around. Thank you, you probably gave me back my sanity.. Anne

Daniel was very helpful sorting out my hearing problem with a in depth hearing test, Now my hearing is like when It was in my 20s which makes a difference now I'm in my middle 70s. Many thanks to all the staff at KingsLynn.

Everything easy and staff very professional.

The consultant, Daniel was very helpful informative, as he always is on my appointments. He explaind how my new hearing aids have moved on with the technology now available.
It's always a pleasure dealing with him.
