Hidden hearing is a new experience for me, they have recently taken over my previous provider hearbase, I had my first consultation today with Emma Rooms and it was a breath of fresh air. I have suffered from hearing loss all my adult life as a consequence of an infection in my left ear. Nothing was too much trouble for her to explain adjustments needed on my hearing aids. The hearing test was the most comprehensive one I have ever had. Her explanation on new technology was first class.

I have been with Hidden Hearing for over four years and they continue to give the most excellent service. The annual personal visits to my home have been most pleasant, with a very thorough testing process. The visits have been on time, very friendly and understanding. The Hearing Aid Dispenser was a very knowledgeable and understanding professional.

I am a customer of many years and have always been provided with excellent service and back up. Jane at head office in Plymouth is such a great communicator and very efficient with posting out any of my requirements regarding batteries. domes etc. I have upgraded to a more sophisticated pair of hearing aids and suffice it to say Emma Rooms has been the best and most efficient at her job.
