Basically the program was fine
Basically the program was fine. The only main issue I had was that several times when I went to sign into the program I would receive a message that I had no account. In order to get access I had to reset my password several times. No sure if this was a auditsoft issue or my computer issue!

Auditsoft review.
The categories are sorted and checked off once you have completed them so you know if you missed any.
Easy to add attachments to the Audit.
I was able to achieve an 89% Audit score. It helped me achieve this score.

The software is a great tool but....
We as a company are trying to complete our audit and jot notes for each interview for each site. We did not like that the notes stay on when you do audit interviews for a separate person or site. We can identify which comment is for each person or site.

Michell Smith, this is covered in detail in the mandatory IHSA training (Chapter 3: Conducting Interviews). In AuditSoft you record the "collective interviewee responses" in a common area by design. You are auditing the system and AuditSoft provides you a single text area to consolidate ALL the responses from ALL your interviews so that you can identify themes to incorporate in your audit question response. We recommend that you please review Chapter 3 (or see: https://auditsoft.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/47001121680-conduct-interviews ) of the training. This is my first time using Auditsoft
This is my first time using Auditsoft, but my initial experience is that the tool is intuitive and is well built. Auditsoft works well and is supported with knowledge sharing documents/tools from whichever safety association is using the tool.

I was hoping there would have been more discussion regarding the COR process
I was hoping there would have been a bit more talk/information regarding the COR process, and it was still unclear weather or not I fill out the audit or a selected auditor does it for me/us. Between IHSA and AuditSoft, the amount of information and delivery leaves a lot of unanswered questions.

Russell Hansson - AuditSoft delivers a software product for auditing, we do however not set, nor can we influence, internal IHSA processes. For clarification on the IHSA Audit Process please reach out to IHSA at cor@ihsa.ca. The AuditSoft support team will be sending you a copy AuditSoft User Guide, but this guide is focused on how to use the software.
As a general rule - if you are completing an internal audit the audit must be completed by and internal employee of the company, but if it is a certification audit (to get COR certified) the audit should be completed by and independent 3rd party auditor. For the IHSA COR audit...I have made the suggestion to highlight further what IHSA requires 100% scoring on legislated items. Also when adding 'proof' you should limit choice to APPEND to only one category.
