Anyone trying to navigate divorce paperwork in Australia will quickly realise how confusing and overwhelming it can be. I was completely lost trying to understand what was required for a sole application. It felt almost impossible to know which forms were actually acceptable to the court, let alone where to find the correct blank versions, and doing all of this under emotional stress made it even harder.

Laura & Robin @ AUDivorce made the whole process manageable. They guided me step by step, answered all my questions patiently without ever getting frustrated, and explained everything in clear, simple terms that actually made sense.

There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but nothing that caused concern or shook my confidence in them. The fee is very reasonable considering the level of support provided over an extended period, and I’m certain that without their help, the process would have taken me months longer.

From first contact to finalisation, it took just under 3 months, and I was officially divorced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This company made the whole process extremely quick and easy.
Their communication was clear and easy to understand, and they actioned everything quickly and efficiently.

I wish I could rate zero, regret that I didn’t check the reviews here, now my case has been left at the middle of no where after I did the payment.

Laura (my point of contact) and the team.at AUDIVORCE were very helpful. Steps were explained in such a way to make the process simpler and easier,
making a complex process less stressful.

Do not use this company if you want guidance on getting divorced. Completely inept at giving correct advice or any helpful information or direction on how to actually fill out and/or upload documentation that is not continually rejected by the court.
Six months of having the same documents signed repeatedly again and again only to have them rejected. Incredibly amateur. I’m still married after trying so hard to get divorced and suffering immeasurable stress and deteriorating mental health due to the incompetence of this company.

I am disappointed how yous have treated my divorce I have not had any reply’s to my e mails at all the date has passed for my divorce and I don’t no nothing at all , I’ve had to send my own papers in to the courts to get it done I’m shattered yous took 349.00 dollars of me for nothing, I bet I don’t get my money back .thanks for nothing , bet no one will reply to my frustration at all I’m shattered I want my money back or I will take this further , get in touch with me

Answer E-Mails would be a good start. Once they have your money service is very poor to non existant.
will not answer emails I have been emailing them for weeks never a reply. Avoid if you can.

Contacted Au Divorce service because I was unsure what I had to do. I spoke with Laura. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and approachable too. I shared all my problems, and she guided me on how and what I needed to do. After this, she carried out everything professionally. It was quick, efficient, easy and transparent service.

I can not fault Au Divorce; they have been excellent throughout. James has always been at the end. I received communication and guidance from my case manager. James was also excellent, easy to understand and convenient. A very welcome service, thanks a lot.

Laura carried out challenging work very professionally on my divorce settlement. She kept me updated at all times and led me through each stage.

If i could i would rate at 0 stars, sent through an application and payment after a week no response no contact when I followed up 4 times, my ex partner had the same issue. They blamed a technical problem but we have lost all faith. Asked for a refund as nothing has happen they ignored that request not once not twice but 4 times. Now speaking to a lawyer about their horrible company will be taking the matter further do not use under any circumstances

After 5 weeks of absolutely no correspondence after lodging this application from this business they finally responded that they had emailed all forms 4 weeks prior which they hadn't. When asked to resend they assured me they had but I still have never received them and they refuse to answer any of my emails. I lodged a dispute with pay pal to have the money reimbursed but am still waiting. Absolute thieves

Excellent service and guidance during the case. No problem too small for them to help with. The case manager responded within hours to any question asked. Chat live is also a great feature. Thank you, James and AuDivorce, for all your help.

I couldn’t have asked for a better company to help with my divorce. James has been excellent. He has talked me through anything I haven’t understood and tried his best to deal with anything I have had trouble with. My husband wouldn’t sign the divorce, so James managed to speak to him and provide a statement to the court to make the process easier for me! I’d say I’d definitely use them again, but I’m hoping I’m not stupid enough to marry again. I’m honestly so glad I found them.

The process was very straightforward, and all questions were answered and timelines made clear. It undoubtedly was the most cost-efficient way of starting and ending the procedure. Overseeing the consent order was also an exact process. From beginning to end, the process takes five months. And I am so glad to have them by my side.
