My Aura strap 2 stopped working within 6 months. I made contact with customer services and established that the battery was fine but the band was dead. I then claimed under warranty but have met a wall of silence.

Strap didn’t work - terrible customer service. Tried contacting them 10+ times with no resolution. Waste of money. Do not buy.

I never recevied the product and the customer service is terrible, will not help try to trqack the shipping or see what wrong, and will not give me a refund.

I ordered a specialised strap for my Apple Watch Ultra 2 on July 6, but it never arrived. Tracking stopped working between the US and Thailand, and the package went missing entirely.

After countless frustrating email exchanges—and being implicitly blamed for a shipping failure—I finally received confirmation that a refund would be issued. Rather than offering a sincere apology, the tone implied I was dishonest about not receiving the package. That was especially irritating after all the effort I’d put into resolving the issue.

Now they’ve invited me to review their customer service—but their feedback subsystem doesn’t even work (the “Update” button is unresponsive). To sum up: poor customer service, inadequate support infrastructure, and a tone that feels defensive rather than empathic. I hope this feedback reaches the team—and other potential buyers—before someone else goes through the same ordeal.

First strap stopped working after a few weeks, Aura did send me a replacement so their customer service is good however the replacement strap didn’t last a week!
I’ve given up and put it in the bin.

Band works maybe one out of every10 tries if you’re lucky and you hold your palm just exactly right on the sensors. But don’t move. It’ll throw it off and you’ll get an error. The connection point points that lock into the watch don’t actually lock in and they fall out all the time. Lost my watch today because of it. There is also $79.99/yearsubscription fee to go with this subpar product. Customer service and their policies are useless. They also hide or delete comment comments made on social media platforms about their product.

Misleading shipping promise, poor quality, and unusable app

I ordered the AURA Strap 2 based on the promise of free international shipping. It took over 3 weeks to arrive in France, and I was charged €37 in import taxes – none of which were disclosed during the purchase process.

The product itself is disappointing: the strap looks cheap and unattractive (like the cheapest Apple Watch straps you can buy), and the required iPhone app crashes constantly on my brand-new iPhone 16 Pro. After spending more than €180, I ended up with a product I can’t use.

Customer support has been equally frustrating — I received generic, unhelpful responses that didn’t address my actual questions or issues.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’m doing so to help others avoid the same frustrating experience. This product, in its current state, feels unfinished, unsupported, and not worth the cost.
