I had an issue with the old power cable and they replaced this FOC as I had purchased a new Aura frame and troubleshooted that it was the cable. The customer care support was exceptional. Thanks you once more I now can use both frames.

Maria was most helpful in answering a question. My current aura frame was a present to my wife and after a few growing pains in the learning department, she absolutely loves it, and adds her phone photos all the time…..a GREAT PRESENT for someone hard to get presents for!

My problem with my Aura frame was quickly diagnosed and rectified with a new power cord. There was no charge, it arrived quickly and my Aura frame works great with no loss of pictures

I reached out to Aura for a replacement power cord for a frame we had purchased years ago for my aging parents. After they passed away, I found the frame but couldn't find the power cord. Aura customer service went above and beyond and replaced the power cord for no charge! Free part and free shipping. I can't wait to see the photos on this frame that has been idle for some years now. Thank you Aura!

I had a broken aura picture frame with a cracked screen truly loved the product sad to see it broken. Contacted aura customer service if there is anything they can do for cracked screen. The gave me a great discount for a new one. Thanks aura

Our Aura photo frame stopped showing our photos. I tried the online help. Then emailed. Within a couple of days a new power lead arrived. Problem solved. What a wonderful customer service. To go with a fantastic product. We can now see all our photos from our son in Japan and my sister in Portugal plus all the UK ones.

Faustine at AURA was terrific in helping me navigate problems ( user-driven, ie caused by me!) in resetting my password. It involved numerous question-filled and despairing emails from me and patient, clear, solution-filled responses from her. Best help desk ever ( and I need a lot of them). Thanks!you Aura.

Had to send 2 mail requests for service since there is ZERO phone support. No response after sending for 1 week so i had to send again and after 2 days received an email response. The frame was damaged at some point or defective when manufactured. They requested the original shipping box which we did not have since it was received as a gift. They also requested a packing slip which was not included. Still waiting for a favorable resolution.

Had an issue recently with quite an old frame. Contacted customer services who were super friendly and sent me a free power cable which fixed the problem. Very pleased, great customer service.

I ordered a Liverpool FC frame for my son’s birthday but it never arrived. They said it was being sent but the deliver company said it had been returned and I have not yet had a refund! Don’t use this company it has awful customer service and takes your money! I will be taking this further. But don’t take the risk !

Have 2 frames,both electrical connections (plug) changed. Had to buy 2 cords for $46 . Not very happy !

We were enjoying the frame - a new baby daughter. Then we had a problem. Aura (Kim was the agent) were very understanding and did an excellent job solving it for us. Thank you.

Both of our frames randomly stopped working. When we plug them in the screen is just black with a faint circle in the middle. However, it still shows up in the app as if it’s fine. I’ve opened several support tickets - each from different email addresses - and they have been left unresponded to. Unfortunately won’t be buying or recommending Aura Frames if I can get this resolved.

I just want to thank Hajar and Adam in customer service for the outstanding way that they dealt with a replacement lead for my Aura photo frame. I initially emailed to find out if they could recommend where I could buy one from and I was so surprised when Hajar replied and said they would send a replacement. I gave the wrong serial number by mistake and I emailed again and Adam picked up my email this time and he was just as lovely as Hajar and dealt with the matter straight away and I received my lead within a couple of days.

This is so special to receive such service these days, it really does go a long way and I highly recommend the frames too, I bought two of them, and they are easy to set up and use and the quality is excellent.

So everything about Aura is absolutely brilliant.
But a special thank you to Hajar and Adam who are wonderful representatives for Aura.

Every WiFi Connected Device I've owned Recognizes Nearby WiFi connections, but NOT AURA FRAMES! Our internet WiFi Connection went down 6 months ago. We had to Change Internet WiFi Providers. ALL of my internet dependent devices AUTOMATICALLY RECOGNIZED the NEW WiFi and Connected to it but NOT AURA FRAMES! I have spent the last 6 months trying to get Aura Frame to Connect to the New WiFi but after MONTHS AND MONTHS working with Aura's WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT IT WAS DETERMINED THAT AURA FRAMES NOT ONLY DO NOT RECOGNIZE NEW WIFI INTERNET CONNECTIONS BUT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DELETE THE OLD WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION AND ADD THE NEW WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION!! STAY AWAY FROM AURA FRAMES!
