I brought my Pedicure Chair costing £1600 from this company back in October.
Unfortunately, I was unable to have it fitted in October due to problems with water pressure and plumbing in my salon.

When I purchased the chair, I was advised it was an ex display and it was in full working order other than some slight cosmetic scratches which I was absolutely fine with.

Living in Cornwall plumbers are not very accessible and I finally got my chair fitted on the 2nd of January, it cost me £1500 to get all my plumbing sorted to have this chair fitted.
I was very upset after two days of Plumbing to find my chair was broken and it leaked from the waist pipe at the back of the chair and from the plug. Well, it didn’t leak it absolutely poured out of the plug.
I took photos and videos and sent them to Paul at Aura furniture and asked if someone could get in contact with me as soon as they return to work.
On inspection of the chair we realised there was no seal or rubber in between the plug and the piping under the chair, this was clearly missing.

On Monday 6th January I had a phone call from Paul from Aura who instantly blamed me for the chair not working and accused me of taking a part off of the chair.
He was very rude on the phone and kept interrupting me. In the end, he agreed to get his supplier to contact me and also send out some spare parts.

I already have one of these chairs brought from a different company 10 years ago and I’ve never had a problem with it.

On Wednesday 15th Jan I had a very interesting conversation with Auras supplier beauty salon equipment. They were very helpful & understanding completely different customer service all together.
They explained to me everything I needed to know about my machine & understood it was absolutely nothing that we had done to this machine and that it was clearly a missing part from the manufacture.
As a goodwill gesture, beauty salon equipment offered to pay me £100.
This was a really lovely gesture seeing as I hadn’t brought this product from them so they have never had any money off of me, my sales contract was not with them it was with Aura Furniture.
When I rang Paul back from Aura furniture (who I don’t even think is even called Paul I think is called Bobby)
I explained to him parts of the conversation I’ve had with Beauty Salon equipment & was advised by them that Aura should match the good will gesture & refund me £100 for a pedicure chair they had sold me that was faulty.

Paul from Aura laughed at me down the phone and responded I’ll give you £50 and you and your partner can have dinner on me.
So so rude !!

I would completely avoid this company and go direct to the supplier at Beauty salon equipment where they have been in the industry for over 15 years and know their products they are selling and have absolutely amazing customer service.
