No goods and zero service
My package never arrived. The courier says it’s been delivered to a neighbour but they don’t have it and the picture the courier took of it left on a doorstep was clearly not my neighbours house. So you have my money, I have no goods and despite 3 emails so far, no one has responded or contacted me. Shocking lack of or zero service and support. No goods, out of pocket and no response or contact from this company.

Fantastic service from Aurélie...Gorgeous collection, easy ordering and my parcel arrived super quickly. The personal service received was really special and I loved the small but perfectly formed Parisian collection that Lucy has put together. A true gem of a find!
