Aure Maison Reviews

I build luxury homes in Los Angeles and came across Aure Maison online, so I decided to give them a try. I’ve been very impressed with the quality of the hardware. The pieces are substantial, heavy, and extremely well made. They feel like they’re built to last a lifetime. I’ll definitely be using Aure Maison again on future projects.

In a word: Excellent! The products are exceptionally high quality and add a beautiful, jewelry-like enhancement to my renovation. What’s equally impressive is the customer service—efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They guide you through the installation process and are highly responsive to questions.

I’ve compared the appearance of Aure’s switches, dimmers, and outlet covers with those offered by other companies, and Aure’s products truly stand out. They are beautifully designed, beautifully made, and elevate the overall look of a space.

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing the hardware for my new kitchen and wound up choosing Aure, hoping for the best. I have been so impressed by the quality of the products - truly beautiful solid brass and everything arrived in perfect condition, packed very well. I will say delivery took a little longer than I'd hoped, but when I reached out to ask for updates the customer service was phenomenal and I was actually speaking to real humans every step of the way, which was refreshing. Ryan and Arielle were my main two points of contact and I really can't say enough good things about their professionalism and responsiveness. I just purchased more hardware from them and will come back whenever we decide to update other spaces in the house.

Installed Aure Maison brass light switches in a space with designer wallpaper. Replacing the white plastic plates made such a difference in the room. Amazing product & helpful team!

**★★★★★**

These pieces (the Matte Black & Brass Toggle Switch + Dimmer and the matching Duplex GFCI Outlet) exceeded expectations. The weight alone signals quality — these are hefty, substantial pieces, not the flimsy stamped plates you get from big-box retailers. The profile is sleek and precise, and the detailing on the brass screw toppers is genuinely impressive — the kind of finishing touch that elevates hardware from functional to architectural.

Customer service was equally excellent. Ryan responded instantly to my questions and followed up quickly and helpfully throughout. It's rare to get that level of attentiveness from a hardware supplier.

Highly recommend for anyone renovating and looking for switches and outlets that read as considered design elements rather than afterthoughts.

If you are looking for a way to elevate your home, show intentionality in design details and timelessness, Aure Maison makes that possible. We have purchased multiple hardware pieces including dimmers and custom light switches and have been incredibly impressed with the quality of the products. Instantly, they have transformed our space. What is truly above and beyond is the customer service.
I called the help line on a Friday evening and received immediate support from the founder himself. He also reached out to an electrician on our behalf to answer questions, and followed up after to check in. There is so clearly so much care and passion that has gone into this company, we could not recommend them more.

Aure Maison delivers Forbes & Lomax quality for half the price. The products feel substantial, beautifully designed, and genuinely luxurious without the usual markup associated with high-end architectural hardware.

The quality exceeded my expectations, and the overall experience was excellent. I would absolutely recommend Aure Maison to anyone looking for premium switches and sockets at a much more reasonable price.

Great experience, great quality products very good price for this level of quality. I love the attention to detail, and appreciate the craftsmanship. Highly recommended.

Aure Maison exceeded every expectation I had. In a world of mass-produced hardware, they’ve created something truly special. Every piece feels intentional, beautifully made, and incredibly high-end. It’s amazing how something as simple as switches, hardware, or lighting can completely transform the feeling of a home.

The attention to detail, quality, and customer service were all exceptional. You can tell this company is passionate about what they create, and it shows in every interaction and every product. I’m so happy I found Aure Maison and can’t wait to use more of their products throughout our home.

Turnaround time less than expected, great customer service, lost a screw where in transit I have no idea if it was my fault or their’s but they shipped a replacement no charge immediately and followed up with me. Product looks timeless and the service and communication quick and efficient.

Amazing quality and incredible customer service. The owner of the brand is so helpful when it came to choosing the color of plates that would work with my newly renovated basement! I ordered black and brass and they’re elevating the entire look of the space. A little change often times can make the biggest impact in a space. Definitely will order again!

These switches and outlets are hands down the best way to elevate a dark, cozy space. We got the idea after staying a world-class hotel and decided to replicate the vibe at our apt in NY.

It's the first thing people notice when they come over... patinated brass on dark wallpaper, perfection!

They are just light switches, right? Once you notice this detail you can't unsee it. We just had our kitchen repainted and had to take off all the plastic light switches. Well a bunch of them were accidentally thrown out. I couldn't bring myself to order more of what was essentially garbage. I saw an ad for Aure switches and gave them a call. They were really easy to work with. I went with matte black since it seemed like the safest option and we are really happy with the results. Going to be bolder for when we get to the guest bathroom.

I had a fantastic experience with Aure Mason. The communication, quality of the product, care, and attention to detail are all above and beyond. They were genuinely invested in making sure everything turned out perfectly. We are thrilled with our purchase and will be returning! Can’t recommend enough.

Love their customer service! So helpful and efficient. These light switches changed the whole look of my kitchen. I can't imagine going back to plastic now that I've experienced these. Plastic toggles are not the way to go when upgrading your home.

Couldn’t beat this business for its customer service. Responsive, helpful, and professional. Love the product, sleek and affordable. Highly recommend.

When we first moved in I knew I wanted to redo our kitchen but wasn't ready for the full reno. I started with these light switches not knowing what direction we'd go. Customer service spent ... not exaggerating 90 min on FaceTime with me helping me pick out the perfect switches. I expected perfection but also the click of the light is so damn satisfying I could never go back to plastic

Absolutely love these dimmer switches. The quality is exceptional and the texture feels truly high-end—the matte black is sleek, the brass is warm and elegant, and everything feels solid and well-made. The price point is completely justified for the level of craftsmanship.

Delivery was seamless and everything arrived perfectly packaged. Installation was straightforward, and once installed, they instantly elevated the entire space.

Such a simple upgrade but with a huge design impact. I’ve received so many compliments from friends and family—people genuinely notice them and ask where they’re from.

Our interior designer introduced us to Aure Maison while we were making selections for our new build in Austin, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. The selection is thoughtfully curated, pricing was great, and the delivery process was smooth start to finish.

We initially installed their light switches in the kitchen and living areas just to see how they’d look and feel. As soon as they were installed we decided we wanted them throughout the entire house. The design and finish elevate the space in a subtle but noticeable way.

Genuinely impressed and would absolutely recommend.
