After reviewing orders placed in late December, we identified that some were impacted by a system processing issue, which resulted in missing order confirmations and delays in communication. We understand how concerning this is, especially when a charge has already posted to your account.

We want to clarify that a full refund has already been issued for this transaction. The refunded amount was sent back to the original payment method, and depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear on your statement.

This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we truly regret the inconvenience. We are actively improving our order processing and communication systems to ensure this does not happen again.
