Lovely little shop with beautiful pieces; clothes, home wares, gifts and cards. Really enjoyed looking around, and bought some gorgeous ear rings and soap.

Sadly order unfulfilled
Sadly order unfulfilled as at 8 August, after being ordered on 28 June, unfortunately I had to chase for an update twice. I was refunded in full and received an apology, after I sent a frustrated email asking where my order was.
Timely updates as to delete or a warning about long delivery on the website could have avoided disappointment and a list sale.

I did not receive my order-a present for my daughter- and no one answered my phone calls or emails querying the whereabouts of the order.

Item received was not the same as shown…
Item received was not the same as shown in photograph on website - appeared to be a cheap imitation but sold at quite an expensive price. Returned item and Aurina refunded cost of the item but not the postage, despite item not meeting the seller's description.
